We have booked a villa in RRP Housing THAMARAI in Guduvancheri, Chennai with a booking amount of Rs.1, 00, 000. Initially they said it is a gated community and have all the amenities.
After booking also, they are not ready to show the plots/constructed villas. The agreement document is also not proper such that they didn't include the amenities such as Swimming pool, gated community, etc. which is unsafe.
When we cancel it, the response is not proper and it is been 6 months that we are struggling to get our money back. The CRM and legal team is just dragging with the same answer. It is been more than 6 months and we didn't get our money back.
It seems that it is not a Genuine Company.
