RS trade & Marketing company — cheating car owners to use their cars for illegal business

I am writing this email to bring it to your notice and make public aware of the fraud company named RS Trading & Marketing which deals with used car buying and selling. This company is owned by Rajesh and is located in C Block, C6, Kovarthan Colony, Annanur Railway Station Road, Annanur, and Chennai 108. Here’s what happened, I had decided to sell my car so I posted the ad in Quikr.com. On seeing this ad, a representative from RS Trade reached me and said that he is interested in purchasing my vehicle. He have informed me that they are used car dealers ready to buy my car for cash. So, I met them in person to finalize the deal. But during the meeting he informed me that he will be selling the car to his customer and he will pay the money in 10 days. Also, he said he need the original RC book for verification. So, I have left the car and gave the RC book without suspecting him. After 10 days, when I reached him for money there was no response from him and whenever I call him, he disconnects my call. Suspecting his behavior, I visited his office directly and shocked to know that there are many other people like me have been cheated by him. Although there are more than 20 complaints against him in T10 Thirumullaivoyal Police Station and Commissioner Office still no action has been taken. His number is not reachable, his office is locked and he is on the run at the moment. More than 40 people have been cheated by him and the money involved in this fraud is more than 1.2 crore rupees.
