      I booked the RS Yadav Travels Bus from Delhi to Bahraich on 25 Aug at 10:30 PM departure time. A minute before departure, bus staff said that this bus will not go to Bahraich, so Bahraich passengers will have to go to either Nanpara or Rupaidiha as they did not get the permission for entering the bus in the city. I got shocked after I came to know about this ### as I am a girl and was travelling alone, have never been to Nanpara or Rupaidiha city. After that, so many Bahraich passengers started arguing with tha bus operator present at that moment, he agreed to take the Bahraich route, even that time also he was saying I am not sure that the bus will get permission or not. The whole journey was so torturing for me. When I asked him to refund my full amount and cancel my ticket, then he said "Mam bus jane do fir initiate krenge". After listening to this I was having trust issues with him regarding the full refund, so I travelled in the bus. I did not have any idea of my drop location while travelling, I doubted on my safety as my destination was still not confirmed by the bus operator. When bus operator staff in Delhi Mayur Vihar Extension talking to someone on the phone to confirm the Bus entry in Bahraich, I heard him saying "Abe yr confirm batao ki bus bahraich aa paygi ya nahi", that time I understood that even he doesn't know the actual status. On 23 August also, I booked the same bus and the bus was cancelled. But this time RS Yadav Bus Operator allowed the Bahraich passengers in the bus without confirming the Bahraich status regarding entering the bus in the city, because if would have cancel the tickets of the Bahraich passengers, they had not be able to make money for that route so that's why they allowed us in the bus and in the last moment they informed us about the scenario.
      Atlast they taken the Bahraich route after so many arguments with the Bahraich passengers, we entered the city easily without having a single trouble, it means he was lying to us. Also if the bus operator was having any doubt on getting the permission for entering the Bus in Bahraich City, why they have not informed us atleast 1 or 2 hours before the departure time? It shows very unprofessional behaviour from the RS Yadav Travel side. My request is to please look into this matter as this is the complete violation of people safety, especially for the females travelling alone.

        I booked the ticket on 19 may and the bus was canceled on 19 may and i have not received my refund till now. I called the helpline number several times but no response has been received so far.

                I have booked ticket for 15april 2020.
                Bus has cancelled due to lockdown.
                But i have not received my refund amount of inr 2500.
                And there is no way to contact them. Every given number is switched off. Even on their app.. My cancellation amount is showing inr 1300 while i haven't cancel my ticket it was cancelled by bus operator itself.

                I have no idea whether i will receive my actual amount of refund.

                    Bus no hr 38 aa 7199, delhi to bhuntar pnr[protected] the driver misbehaved and thretned us, drivers was angry on something happened to his screen, for which we were not responsible, we just asked the driver to stop the bus as i was not feeling good and just wanted to take the nature's call, just for that he rudely asked us to go back and said will not stop the bus.

                      People are not at all responsible to give the information... Even the customer care operator behaves in a worst way to the customers... Either switch off or not reachable this is the scene when we call to the head office.. Useless service... Dont no the reason why they are not giving the drivers number.. Bag was in the bus and it was very important and no one responded till now

                        On Saturday, January 11, I was taking a night bus from Rishikesh to Delhi, pickup time 10:45 PNR no:[protected]. The pickup point was given as Natraj Chowk. While I was on the way there, at around 10PM I got a call about my pickup location, but I couldn’t hear anything because it was loud. So then when I got there I called back and the guy was saying that I’m not exactly in the right place and then I see that he is there on his two wheeler and I know that it is him because we were speaking on the phone when I saw him. He also showed me my booking details on his phone so I thought, this is the right guy. He told me it’s down the road and to come on his two wheeler.
                        So I sat behind him on the bike and we were going and he grabbed my thigh and I pushed his hand away and I told him to stop the bike and let me get down now but he said no we’re almost there and that’s when in my mind I imagined he could be taking me anywhere and it was dark and night and I was so afraid. But we got there and he took me to the right place and there were actually other passengers waiting for the bus. I quickly got off and walked away from him and he also stayed away.
                        I told some of the people I was traveling with about what had happened, and that I was really scared that he would be on my bus. They stayed with me and luckily, I was safe for the bus journey.
                        However this guy is still out there and probably preying on other women. I hope the bus company, RS Yadav Travels, will deal with the issue.

                        It was dark but I saw that the man was skinny and had a hat on. His bike was red. The phone number he called from was [protected].

                          I am chief manager in bank of india presently posted at mandi himachal pradesh and generallu travel from. Panipat to mandi in volvo buses. Since last month i am traveling in r. S yadav bus. Today on 14/12/19 i book my ticket from manali through the employee mr. Nipun verma, during journey when i asked him to send ticket through my email or whatsapp he misbehaved using intolerable words, abuse and also threatened me saying he will look me at ambala, can drop me in between the journey, more over he misbehaved and insulted he can get throw me like a football if i will ask for ticket.
                          He is a arrogant and non tolerable worker have no value and respect for valuable passenger for volo bus service and bad reputation for bus service. So i request to take sever action against such manner less worker. To teach a lesson

                            I'm traveling with ur bus no up17at0638 on dated 08.10.2019 at seat no s11. This seat is dirty and base sheet come out badly. Charger socket also not working. I complaint also with bus attendant but they didn't respond and also didn't take any action. I'm very disappointed with ur service and i'll never travel with ur bus service again in future. As a passenger i want to kindly consider this complaint and take corrective action.

                              I booked online ticket from delhi to gorakhpur but i was telled to the bus contacter my seat is confirm then he telled driver was saying there was no seat booked by u i have showned my ticket then i have sit in the last seat my money was waste vry vry bad bus contacter.. I have already paid a extra money of s3, your conductor sale a ticket to other passenger. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money other wise i am file the complain against you.

                                  Bus departed at 10 pm from bangla bazaar chouraha, lucknow and got stopped in midway at 11:30 pm on taj expressway due to non-functional ac.
                                  Driver continued driving bus despite of non functional ac causing suffocation, mental and physical harassment due to headache, sweating. As per driver ac was not working properly before start of journey but owner/manager asked him to start journey anyways. But in midway it stopped working and driver needed to stop the bus after pressure from 44 passengers.
                                  We got stand on expressway for almost 2 hours and continuing still.
                                  No alternative provided.

                                    I booked rs yadav bus form delhi to allahabad through paytm on 14 april 2018 having pnr number[protected] seat no. A. My pickup timing was 8:20 pm at edm mall anant vihar. But at 3:15 pm someone from rs yadav travelling call me and told that they are cancelling the bus for that day and they will refund the amount which i paid for booking. I didn't receive any message for cancellation of bus. Only a call, so i called back the head office delhi phone no. After some time for inquiring about bus they also said the same thing.
                                    From that day i am daily calling to head office for my refund but they just asking me my booking detail and told me to call after some time for refund... Now it has been 6 days but i didn't recieved my refund amount of approx. 1400 and i m helpless, don't know what to do.
                                    Kindly help me to refund my money.

                                      I booked a ticket as on 04/03/2018 through paytm in Rs yadav travels the departure time is 8:45pm to 9:00pm on 04/03/2018 and I booked a ticket at 9:25 pm they deduct full amount without carry the customer.

                                      If they have been departure then why open the seat booking option for misguide the users

                                        Bus was booked from noida to lucknow on 12th february 2018. the timing was 9:45 PM from mahamaya flyover and we were told that we would get bus details 24hrs before the bus departure. There was no such message. i reached bus stop by 9 and until 10:30 no one picked up my phone. and once they picked up my phone they told me i have no booking with them. i told them i have a ticket with me but they told me that there is an issue with their server. I would like a full refund of my booking. I have attached the my call log to see how many times i called them and the printout of the ticket with a PNR number. I will file a police complaint and take this case further. This will be taken as harassment.
