[Resolved]  Rsg Infotech, (Amboli) — Not replacing my Mac's battery

Let me first start off by saying .. Whenever y'all want to spend a lot on any item, please make sure to read every review of it from all possible websites ..

I had bought a macbook's replacement battery from these cheaters. While buying, they just gave the battery to me which was sealed and packed, that's it. Now after 6 months, I have had charging issues with my mac. The battery was the problem. I took it to them since I have a warranty for 1 year. They told me that they'll replace it within a day. Now, the very next day they call up and tell me that its serial doesn't match with the one I had bought then. When I go to their store, they are so rude to everyone who has not come there to buy things from them. They made me sit for almost half an hour .. Then an employee comes, I narrate the entire incident, he goes somewhere, comes back and takes me to someone senior. I had to narrate this thing so many times to each and every person in their store. They asked me to leave, and told me that they'll check about the battery with their provider for details etc.. After 4 days they called up and tell me the same serial no not matching story. I have been ripped off by them and I am seeking some strict legal action. However, the problem is not with the company, but with the employees it hires. Total cheaters .. They want to hang up as soon as possible while on the phone as well. It's like they are the judges and whatever they do is right. They are accusing me of theft now. They tell me that I have brought some other battery to them. Please people never ever buy anything without checking all the details about the product in the shop as we'll .. And I pray that none of y'all should be ripped off by these cheaters like I was. I may have been harsh in this review, but I've written exactly how I feel write now.
