RSRTC — Complaint of bus conductor for misbehavior

I booked a ticket for Jodhpur from Bikaner online through red bus. My ticket number is TK 5V 78337655 and PNR number is XJDHE[protected]. When the passengers passengers entered in the bus and occupied there seat number 12 and 13 and show the ticket to conductor. Then the bus conductor refused to allow in bus and moved them out of the bus. When I complained to the bus enquiry counter the clerk of the enquiry counter made a call to the bus conductor, the conductor told him that the passengers moved out from the bus themselves. This conversation with the enquiry clerk by conductor was totally falls. Please look into the matter and refund my money with penalty, otherwise I will go in the consume court.

Sir, I'm saras agrawal, I'm travelling from Delhi(dhaula kuan) to Jaipur by Rajasthan public transport (bus no.-2951). Bus conductor does not follow any guidelines to minimise the spread of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19).even he trying to spread of corana by overloading of passenger, and right now I'm travelling with morethan 100% seats.

I Ramlakhan meena, When i am traveling on 10.01.2021 at 4:30 pm in rsrtc bus no. RJ 25 PA 6325 from sawai madhopur to dausa. the conductor of above said bus was conduct misbehaviour with and called abuse. so i want to file a complain against him for take necessary action for his misbehave. thanks

आदरणीय श्रीमान,
मै राजेन्द्र सियाग डूंगरपुर से;
RJ 36 PA 1779 उदयपुर से डूंगरपुर चलने वाली रोडवेज में मैने रोडवेज डीजल पंप के लिए आवश्यक समान उदयपुर से मंगवाया था, जिसका परिचालक श्री पूर्ण मीणा (मोबाइल नंबर [protected]) मेरे को समान देने के लिए 4 घंटे तक गुमराह करता रहा, और बदतमीजी से बातचीत की और समान लाने के 100/- रुपए भी लिए जबकि निगम का ही समान था। और 105/- रुपए यात्री टिकिट होता हैं। अतः श्रीमान से आग्रह रहेगा कि ऐसे व्यक्ति के खिलाफ कोई उचित कार्यवाही की जाए!

My name is mohd irfan I am travel from sirohi to pali on the time approximately 3.30 pm Pali fare 125/- I gave 500 rupees to conductor. But the conductor forgot and started saying that I have given 200 rupees And misbehave with me. And started abusing with me.And in front of everyone Started calling me a thief.I am employed in a reputed bank.it hurts my honor.

CONDUCTOR IS AN LADIES I DONT KNOW NAME HER.
