Dear sir I booked ticket for journey from farokabad to jaipur on 02.02.20 pnr. Noxjprj[protected] ticket no.[protected]Ticket attached) Bus had departed 15min before scheduled time, so i could not boarded the bus even after reaching in time. I suffered mentally and financially.
