RSRTC — Ticket Amount Refund | |||
HI Team, I had booked ticket in RSRTC and departure date was 30th April 2015. On 29th April we came to know that their might be bus strike on 30th in Jaipur . SO we cancelled the ticket as there were possibility for strike. I was told that i will be refunded this amount. But even after so many followups i still haven't received the amount. I had booked a bus from Abu Road to Jaipur at 8.30 am but due to distance it is not possible to reach in the morning so I had to cancel the ticket, please refund the money.

However, due to personal reasons I had to cancel the tickets.
This is to further bring to your notice that refund has not been initiated till now
