Rto Gujarat — rc book

Dear sir/mam,
My vehicle no. Is gj18cf9684 but the rto staff make a very big mistake in my rc book they had written my vehicle no. Gj18ce9684 instead of gj18cf9684 therefore i had gone to rto office and complain about it. But they are not giving a satisfied response since 2 years. I go to rto office every month but they are not solving this for 2 year. Plzz solve it immediately otherwise we had to do a very high level of complain. Plz solve it immediately as soon as possible.
