I am arvind kumar singh from hazaribag jharkhand its six month now i have applied for driving licence in hazaribag rto in jharkhand till now the status is showing pending for issue issue of driving licence record test results of driving test dtocount3 i am really getting shoked the way of delivering service of rto is really bad experience i req the authority to take a necessary action and do the needful.
