Rto India — application is under processing at rto level from last 22 days

Have applied for driving license on 10/01/2020 at RTO Office Ajmer, Rajasthan . I passed scrutiny and photo captured on the same day but still the application stage is "Application is under processing at RTO Level".
It's been 22 days now and I did not receive any update from RTO Office and I am without driving license.

It's been more than a month now and still no progress on my application. No response from RTO office, ajmer as well.

Updated by Govind Thathera Still no resolution and response. Even this portal seems helpless now. Seems only solution here is go to RTO via an agent only to take my application further.

@rtogujarat my application for learner license for 4 wheeler is pending at rto level under DLAPPROVAL from very long time... I have already 2 wheeler licence. Should I visit rto or I will get learner license at home ?

I had applied for DL renewal on 22 Nov 2021 and uploaded all required document. When i check my application status it says - ''Application is under processing at RTO Level''. and this status is same for last 15 days.

What do we mean by this. What is a further action i need to make here? Please advise.

"Application under scrutiny" or "Application is under processing at RTO Level" means applicant is required to visit the concerned RTO for physical verification of documents, and submit his/ her Biometrics to complete the application process.

All the pending processes need to be done on the RTO MVI office whether the test was done by self online or in the center itself.

And what does the below line means on https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/ site
"Application Submitted for Contactless Service. No need to visit RTO office."?

You have to visit the RTO with original documents which you have uploaded, then only your verification will be completed, so go and visit RTO. You don't have any access to verify documents online. Only TR licensed person's have access for Verifying documents online.
