RTO India — Application status of Transfer of Ownership is NOT INWARDED

Application for name change in RC has been submitted 5 months ago, all the papers has already been submitted as well, still the name has not been changed.
Application status of Transfer of Ownership is still NOT INWARDED.

When can I expect this to change? It is not possible to go to RTO daily as I live in another state.
