[protected] hai mene 1-9-2021 ko dl havvy license ke liye aply kiya tha par Mera abi tak approval pending bta rha 7 month ho gye hain abi tak mera approval, printing by smart card Or dl dispatch by post pending me hai me 3 bar rto office be gya pr koi solution nhi mila please mera process pura kiya jye. Very very bad rto experience

    They are just selecting for driving licence on random bases, in full slot they just asked me the documents and after submitting all the documents also they rejected me, there was girl who didnt know how to kick a bike still she got selected.

      I am ms.Najma Khatun, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwog) driving license, my application no. Is [[protected]] at KASBA RTO(WB05), kolkata
      I have passed for mcwog driving test on dated 16th feb 2022.
      But till the date its shows status pending for
      1) approval of dl
      2) printing of dl in form 7 ( smart card )
      3) dispatch DL by post pending.

      So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application[[protected]]

            From last one month i am uploading documents and photo and signature for the renewel of the driving licence i uploaded atleast for 10 to 12 times but they reject it many times with invalid reason as the documents and photo and signature all are as per their requirements documents are accepted after 6-7 attempts and now they are rejecting photo and signature and the without any reason..so kiindly help to get aprroval of the sign and photo.

              My driving license renewal with license no. MN[protected] was completed on 5-1-2022 for smart card.

              With repeated onsite visit to the DTO churachandpur districts (Manipur) office, the same has not been printed and dispatched yet.

              I would like the concern authority to kindly look into the matter with utmost urgency.

                I had given my test on 20 February 2022 in Delhi at Rajouri Garden authority. I have checked the website many times but it still, shows "Process under RTO level". My learner license is expiring on 13 March 2022. My application number is:- [protected]

                  I have bought a car from NOIDA that is 2012 model and i am from abohar punjab . I bought a number from online auction from the site parivahan.gov.in the officials now not getting upto the poiny they are saying to buy another new vehicle to obtain the registration number that i have bought from the government site i also have paid all the amount that is given by the government .

                      I have passed dl test on 9th February 2022. But my dl is still not approved. Why it take so much time. There is even no contact number to dial for DTO, KAMRUP RURAL (AS25). My learner license is about to due. If someone ask me for license then what to do?

                        I'm trying to book DL test since 20 Jan but no slot is available. event the rto office don't pick up the phone and I have to visit their office to enquire. They told to book slot at 1am in night. Still it is showing no slot available for next 30 days. Please help with this. Its strange we are the customers and we have to beg for help.

                          I had contacted RTO customer care or helpline for details if the RTO office wil be open on 1 March. They gave me false information which caused me a loss of time as well as transportation charges. I want compensation for the same.

                          Customer care employees are appointed to resolve customer's problem and not worsen the situation by giving false information.

                            I applied for learner's licence on 29/01/2022 by completing all steps including fee payment but my application is under process for over a month at RTO level which I am not able to understand why.                               The person visible in the attached file is using duplicate number plate registered on my name. The RTO number registered MH24AL7972 is registered on my name for Vehicle Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 ABS. I am raising the complain to make preventing measures to ensure that any criminal offences should not include my name. Please let us the next step to follow.

                                I would like to make an official complaint to RTO office Kalyan. Today my middle aged parents had visited Central Railway Hospital for their health checkup. I had booked OLA Auto for them to return back home. When they were leaving the hospital a major threatening incident happened.

                                Auto drivers outside the hospital were stating to take their auto only to travel home or anywhere, and were arguing that they wont allow OLA Auto to enter the area again. They also threatened my parents and the OLA auto driver that they will break hands and legs of our OLA Auto driver.

                                Such incident is not at all acceptable. I want that a strict action must be taken against the auto drivers who threatens peoples for their lives.

                                  My name is aashay Kumar and I'm trying to book a slot for my permanent DL but I can't because of the stupid site saarthiparivahan they show that slots are available but I can't book them I don't know why I'm trying for the last 18 days noone is responding and my LL will expire in 3 March 2022 i have already submitted my permanent DL application and application expires on 31 March 2022 . So please help me i don't want my money to go waste cause i have paid for everything 😞 no one is responding .

                                    I'm sorry to say that I have been trying to make my license from the last 1 year but because of the lazy work at the RTO I can't, due to which i have to renew my learner licence and this time again my learner licence is going to expire in April.While booking a slot it always show that slots are not available for 7 days. I'm so fed up by such peoples who are just misusing their positions and slothful work. That's the reason why our country is not growing.

                                    One advise from me that don't make the services online if don't provide it properly to the public.

                                    And the last thing this portal is for consumer complaints so my kindly request is to solve ours complaint rather than putting into a trash.
                                    I have attached my old and new learner licence as a proof so that you don't think I'm lying.
