I have not received my RC with following details

DTO says that RC has been dispatched via india post but post office is saying that they have not received it yet. It has been past four months now. Kindly help and suggest.

I had applied for change in Address on my DL. The application was approved and print of DL in Smart card was done by 24th December 2021.
My application number is [protected].
The licence has not yet been dispatched. Request early dispatching of the licence and tracking number to be provided.
The RTO Panchkula office is also clueless about it. Request if the matter may be resolved.

The RTO you have applied is not Opted for Online LL Test...

I was ready to pay fine cash coz i dint carried my license and was charged Rs 1500 for Sec[protected]MVA where as checking online the fine should be 200/- not 1500/-. He asked me for fine and i said i will pay cash. He never informed me about taking pictures he asked me if i will be paying fine now, i said yes but than he run behind a car to fine them and told me to leave. Later when i checked i was incorrectly charged for Rs 1500/- instead of Rs-200/-.
pls look into to this matter and update the correct fine.

Hi i am from delhi and from last 45 days i have’nt receive my driver license.

When i track my dl status from website (https://parivahan.gov.in). its shows
Issue of driving licence fill application details dl completed
Issue of driving licence dl slot book completed issue of driving licence fee payment completed
But dispatch is still pending issue of driving licence dispatch of the dl and psv badge arto
Please resolve my issue.

I had learning license submitted the online form in 08.01.2022 all documents are complete ll test pass and pay the learning license fees still my application has been pending process so sir please help me

Hi Team,

I need to book a vehicle in jharkhand but i got to know from RTO that bharat series number is not yet started in jharkhand. I am an IT employee and have office in 6 states in india and thus is a trnsferrable job and i would need a Bharat series number plate as i am also eligible for it.

Kindly let me know when can it be started in jharkhand so that j can book my vehicle.Also there are others who arr facing same issues

Hoping for a early resilution .

My exam was on 15 jan but no response from rto side about that exam was conducting or not i vist on curfew day at rto no one there only they put rto is off from jan 4 to jan 19 and i try to call to confirm when my exam is conducting no one pick call but i saw some people in rto i call them they ignore me and go inside and lock the door so what supposed to do i totally mad at them why the hell they took money why i need to go there for exam and there is worst then anything no update on site how can i give online test i don't know after slot book no guidance for if i want to give online test how to do it i don't want to give physically exam anymore

My RTO is RTO jammu and My DL application no is [protected].

I had completed the test on 20-2
12-2021. After that I got a notification that my address of proof documents were not verified so I uploaded a different document on[protected].

It's now been almost 3 weeks and the application is still stuck under scrutiny at cashier.

I submitted application([protected]) for the renewal of my Drving Licence on 17-Dec-2020 and the DL expired on 07-DEc-2021, My application however is still not processed.

I have paid earlier challans on 10.11.21 for overspeed of 5 km/h only. After that I have never driven above 100 km/h. In fact I am driving on cruise control only. The speed shown in above challan is 117 km/h which is definitely wrong. Please recheck everything & cancel the challan at the earliest. Please revert. Regards, Avinash.

I have paid my earlier challans of over speed by only 5 km/h on 10.12.21. After that I am not at all driving above speed limit of 100 km/h. I am driving on cruise control only. In the above challan speed shown is 117 km/h which is definitely wrong as I have not driven above 100 km/h.

Respected Sir,
I was the former Sales Manager of Modern TVS, Puri, Odisha from August-2018 to December-2021. On my beginning time i appreciated my job due to company rules & regulation. But after 2 or 3month completion of my job my owner Suresh Kumar Choudhury said that hike 2000 extra from every customer after correct RTO price. That time I think my job is necessary for me because off my father illness. I hiked price 2000 as per my owner's word. Month wise month the price increased.I felt very guilty every night and nothing was in my hand. On December a known customer came to the showroom and said Mr. Dash why you charged more than 3000 rupees in RTO from me. I said, Sir extremely sorry for this and this is my fault that I got a service this company. Sir you are not the single person who got Fraud by my owner. With Every customer from November-2018 to December 2021, he took money with a currupt way. After my consultation with owner, the customer took 3000 back after 14days completion of his vehicle purchase. More than 2000 customer is still gave 2000 additional on behalf rule & regulation. They don't know about the fraud which done by my owner with him/her.

Kindly returned back the money to every customer which I took on my period as per my owner's word. I said the truth and need your justice.

I have brought 2nd hand car which is from andheri MH02DG9173. Purchased from nashik vehicle reseller. All procedures have done and got my RC. But now I found some fines from previous owner. How can it possible and how can andheri RTO give NOC to Nashik RTO without checking of the fine?

My complaint is regarding my Driving license not being dispatched by RTO Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka. My license has been printed in the form of smart card on 28/12/2021 yet I haven't got my Driving license. So I would like to raise the complaint against RTO Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka of how slow they are at dispatching it by post . So kindly I would like to have my Driving license as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I would like to inform you that I applied online for a learner license on 20/10/2021. But till now I have not received a password for the online LL test. It's showing "application is under processing at RTO level" for many days. "Applicant presence not required" and application processing stage- SCRUTINY (Verification of proof documents) Counter- 48LL.
Even I missed my learning license exam that was supposed...

I have passed dl test on 16th OCTOBER 2021. But my DL is still not approved. Why it take so much time. There is even no contact number to dial for RTO KANPUR. There is one number at rto website but it doesn't work. My application number is [protected] . It has been 3 months giving my RTO Test and my Approval is still in pending state. Do regarding this topic as soon as possible.

IT LOOKS LIKE My APPLICATION WILL ONLY BE MOVED FORWARD IF I HAVE GIVEN ENOUGH MONEY TO FILL THEIR MOUTH AND THAT IS WHY A AGENT.
