I applied for DL in Nov, 2021. But i didn't paid fee at that time. I paid fee in Jan, 2022, and they accept it and when I go for slot booking, they told me that my learners licence was expired in Dec, 2021. So then I renew my learners licence, and it showed DL application in new learning licence application information. So when new learning licence issued, I go for slot booking, but now they are giving error " Quota not defined to process your application" . Tell me what I need to do as i already paid fees too. Solve it as soon as possible.

Website works on their own. I follow the same rules and they allow me to book a slot after few try.

    I have cleared all my driving license test on 3rd of February and till now my driving license approval is pending. Kindly sir why is this so??

      Our Vehicle No. mentioned in RTO challan KOPCC[protected] is MH12DB7608 which is TVS Scooty registered in Pune. Picture in challan is not our vehicle but TVS scooty and registered in Kolhapur. Plz verify bike Since challan is not our bikes ..

            Hie this is wife of mohammed ali sayeed I have my Transportation business. yesterday night at 2 o'clock RTO officers sneezed my truck and said my papers are expired I said okay sir I will renew the permit but after that also they are asking for 20, 000 fine which is very disgusting and they are simply exploiting people by asking for money simply to warm their pocket

              My driving licence was dispatched using idian post on 24 of December but I haven't received it yet till now. What should I do.
              Whenever I type my consignment number and try to track it, it shows consignment details not found.

                Multiple cars and bikes dangerously take a left on the Sitladevi Temple Road from the by lanes . It could lead to dangerous accidents as it is a one way . Please kindly install CCTV at the by lane to Sitladevi Temple Road junction.

                    I have bought Tata Nexon from Kota, Rajasthan whose invoice generated on on 31st December 2021 having ex-showroom price 9.99 lacs. Dealer has applied for 'BH number' registration on 5 February 2022. The price of the vehicle was increased on 18th January 2022 from 9.99 Lacs to 10.09 Lacs. As per Gazette notification, CG-DL-E[protected], NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, AUGUST 27, 2021/BHADRA 5, 1943 motor vehicle tax should be calculated on 'Invoice price excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST)'.But when Dealer registered for BH number in RTO Chittorgarh, the Motor Vehicle (MV) tax imposed on me was 10%(i.e. on price 10.09 Lacs) plus late fees from 31st December 2021. The ideal tax should be on invoice price excluding GST. Dealer is not helping saying its RTO automatically taking higher value.

                        In RTO site payment gateway is not working from 15 days

                        Respected sir,

                        I am Mrs.Sarla Garje, I had applied for online Learning driving licence. My application number is[protected] . For LL (MCWG) . As per direction given by Sarthi I had made payment of Rs. 200.
                        The payment was successful but the sarthi says it is not received at their end. I have all the transaction details. With the details I even went to my respective bank but they say the money has been credited in the Governments account. Now the money lies in the governments accounts. The money is not being returned to me. Please look into the matter and do the needful as per your intellect.

                          I have given my driving test on 6 Jan 2022 and my result was entered as pass on 7 Jan 2022. It has now been more than 1 month that my current status is still showing as "pending". It should not take this much time to get approved and I am having trouble when asked by traffic police for license because of this issue. My RTO is Assam Kamrup Metro. and application number is [protected]. Please approve it at the earliest.

                                I uploaded all documents correctly including my signature but when I recieved approved Learning licence pdf file there was a signature which is not mine someone enter signature instead of my own signature so kindly look into this matter and take proper action as required and narrative me for further steps that need to take for correction.
                                For proof I'm going to upload mine signature that signed in english and the signature that someone signed in Hindi without my knowledge.(ASST.RTO, FARRUKHABAD)
