महोदय,
मी गाडी घेऊन एक वर्ष होत आहे परंतु मला अद्याप आरसी बुक मिळाले नाही. याबाबत मी आरटीओ ऑफिस येथे चौकशी केलेली होती परंतु त्यांनी पोस्ट ऑफिस मध्ये जाण्यास सांगितले. मी पोस्ट ऑफिस मध्ये ही चौकशी केली त्यांनीही मला उडवीची उत्तरे दिली आरसी बुक कोणाकडे दिले आहे याची माहिती दिली नाही व आता नवीन duplicate RC Book काढून घेण्यास सांगितले आहे.

It's been more than one month and I haven't received my driving license yet.
My license has been printed and approved on 31st January, 2022 and still it not been delivered yet to me. Kindly, please solve the problem

Visited RTO trans Gomti at Deva road Lucknow for DL. I am a senior citizen and need a toilet to use. Enquired in RTO office. No toilet facilities in a working/usable condition was there in RTO office or near by.

I have purchased activa 6g Date : 4.11.2021 onAJMER AUTO AGENCIES. but till now not provide RTO registered number on activa 6g. I have not received my "high security registration plate (Hsrp)" till now even after the passing of more than 4 month purchase of my two wheeler "honda activa 6g. i already paid amount cash rs.24300 ( with VIP number DD amount rs.11000) and loan amount hdfc bank rs.80177 . not provide any type receipt by showroom side salesman comment on after visit 3 days number allotted your choice and bill copy received you .
I already more time visited AJMER AUTO AGENCIES .for your kind information when i visited your"AJMER AUTO AGENCIES"showroom which is situated at AJMER . They said that they have not received my"high security registration plate (Hsrp)"from "AJMER AUTO AGENCIES , AJMER yet. connect person sorab salesman -[protected] + salesman ajmer honda -[protected] + chandu ji -[protected] + AJMER AUTO AGENCIES-[protected]
Now tell me what kind of customer service is provided by the Honda company to its customers???
How many days can a customer wait for"high security registration plate (Hsrp)" which should be delivered immediately with the vehicle as per rules??? This is my final email to you. I applied for renewal of rc and transfer of ownership for long time inspection is done by amvi but still take lots of time to verify documents i provide my application number plz help as soon as possible with regards

Traffic signal off early morning from last Three months (Location - near sion shabri hotel/ Domino's piza shop)

Every morning around 7 am I cross the road (Location - near sion shabri hotel/ Domino's piza shop) but due to signal off early morning it is very difficult to cross road. Even same time school kids and senior citizens cross the road they also faced same issue. Some times senior citizens takes the help of police constable for crossing road.

Kindly do needful and recativate single (early morning after 7 am) as per earlier schedule.
Even no cctv installed at single location so some vehicle not follwed signal.

Respected sir.. I have passed my DL test on 31.1.2022. But there is no details regarding dl dispatch and in the website also my dl number AP[protected] not showing any details regarding tracking also.. Please kindly do the needfull.thank you.

Dear RTO team,

Driver for subject number Auto rickshaw has forcing to have 3rd seat with extra fare to every passenger.without mask drive Auto Rickshaw

Route :- Badlapur station to Mohon PlamEast
Before COVID fare :- Rs 10/- seat
Target total fare for trip :- Rs 30/trip
Covid era and now rate :- Rs 20/ Seat
Rickshaw stand :- Mohon plam riskshaw stand

Inspite of completing Target for trip by taking 2 passengers of Rs 20 each driver taking 1 more seat in route.and without mask drive Auto.

My DL test as on 19/01/2022 shedule and my test result is qualifiing nature and result is also shown in my application is pass and also shows approval of DL is pending why so long of approval my DL

I have applied for address change and addition endorsement of DL to LMV and cleared the sets on the 3rd of January but till now the status is "Application is under processing at RTO Level"

The application progress stage is "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL"

I visited RTO and there was no one to listen to me and they kept sending me to different counters with no resolution.

I have apply for my learner license renew and also paid the fees, And i have also submitted the documents in my rto and it's been over 1 week and I haven't got my learner renewed surely i am being depressed by the service of Rto

I Purchase A Bike in 2021 July and 2 months later I get my number Plat.
But then 6 months over till now but Didn't get my " R.C BOOK" .

2 Months ago I had applied for learning licence and completed all the required applications. They exempted me from the exam. And it’s been around 2 Months I haven’t received yet.
Whenever I check it shows application is under Processing at RTO level.
Request you to solve the same asap.

Hi, my application nummber is[protected]. My RTO is KA51 (Electronic City). I passed my DL test on 03/02/21. When I check the application status, it shows "APPROVAL OF DL" is pending. Please speed up the process.

I went to collect RC for my scooter today at 2.00pm ( 07/02/2022 ). There was a woman at counter who was printing RC for the scooter, instead of handing our RC's in our hand. She threw our RC cards in the air in our direction. I find this behaviour and really rude and disrespectful.

Wrong challan

I am from Pune. I have to correct my date of birth and name in Driving License so I complete the online process of it . After that I made payment and downloaded the receipt .

As the part of procedure I have to book an appointment so I was trying to book a slot . its throwing error of "Service Not Enabled For This RTO".

If service is not enable for my RTO then why have you accepted my payment. Also why didn't...

Haven't received the Non Migration Certification after reaching the place personally. The DSA counter said they will send it by post. Went there and check there personally 2 times but still haven't received it.
