    Payment showing failed for LL Fee

    I applied for issuance of LL. I have also paid the fee for the LL on 5th January, 2022 of Rs.955.90/- in total and according to bank authorities the payment is successfully made. In my application status on the portal, no such payment is reflecting and asking me to pay the fee again.

    I tried to call all the customer care numbers given on Pariwahan Seva site but no one is picking up the phone. I tried calling the Zonal Office...

    My driving license application number is 13484022, my learning license was supposed to expire on[protected], i filled my form for Driving license on[protected] and made payment in afternoon, but due to technical issue on sarthi website i was unable to book the slot, i contacted customer service they told me to wait and try again i kept trying but was unable to select slot, today my Learning license has expired and when i contacted customer care they told they cant do anything it was website problem and didn't refund my moneyback.
    i have attached receipt of my payment .
    please extend my Learning license or provide my refund of rs 1000 which i have paid.

      Sir i tabrez kamruddin Qureshi I am working in swiggy company as a delivery executive I am from Mira rd but i have shifted to andheri in oct 2021.sir opp WADIA school on jp rd in andheri west I am standing nr my scooty the towing man clamp by scooty num MH04JR9920 i request on duty officer but he denied my request I told him I am standing then also you are taking my scooter sir after that they tow my vehicle to andheri flyover office when I visit the office ask me to pay the sum of rs 736.i told him that i have only 300rs in hand what he is replying to me abe CHUTIYE 2 min aur idher khada raha na baahar aake tera mask utarke aisa marunga na i have waited their for nearly 3 hours 16:00-19:00 pm.they ask me to pay 500rs i told them I have only 300rs in hand.last finally I made payment by card 736+200 other fine total 936rs.but sir how can officer talk to citizen like this my num [protected]//[protected]

        I had mistakenly parked my scooty on a no parking area, they fined me 500 fir that and made a bill of just 200, which i later came to know.

            I passed my LMV driving trial on 27 December. It's been 10 days since, but the website still shows that the "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENT ON DL" is pending.

            How much time will it take for my license to dispatch? Since I submitted my original 2-wheeler license, it is important that I receive my new driving license ASAP

              On behalf of SBI we have submitted Renewal of Trade certificate and paid the required fee on 23rd December. The clerk on the counter no 19 in RTO Nashik who is demanding Contribution toward Sena Bhavishya Nidhi Rs 2000 against some Hand written receipt. Being a Public Sector Bank we are not entitled to pay the charges other than actual fee for Renewal of Trade Certificate. And the person over the counter is demanding saying it will not be done without your contribution.

              Please help us clearing the pending renewal.

                Hello Sir,

                I have taken my bike in 2013 and transferred it to Shreerampore RTO, Now due to the new Online PUC norms I am not able to do the PUC test and getting the error "Registration Number more than 1 RTO please contact RTO office, I live in Kharagpur which is 150 km away from Shreerampore so I went to the closest RTo which is Kharagpur and as per them I have to contact the related RTO which is Shreerampore RTO only. Dear sir I have a very hectic job and cannot travel to such distance for this purpose. Need your support to remove the old RTO and keep only one RTO to avoid future problems. Vehicle number WB12Y3424. Attached herewith is my registration card and the error from the PUC center.

                  My DL approved/activated On 8 Jan 2019 but after Three Years Still Under Processing at biometrics1 counter.

                  Actually I Am studying at Delhi University So i can't come back to nagaur and Covid-19 also played role so i couldn't come.

                  All level is completed i have attached screenshot for your references, u can look them also.

                  If my physical Presence is necessary then i can come and collect otherwise i can get it through Post as this facility is available.

                  Story May be behind Delay

                  I was very Passionate So i didn't Went to Agent and want to do it myself.
                  I was living in delhi where we don't use Agent, every time i faced Office without agent so i thought in nagaur also same experience will be.
                  But my expectations was wrong i m realized it even after three years.
                  Why i didn't pay to agent so my work can be completed within One Week.

                  From Now My Faith is upto you if i failed this stage i will always hire a agent because without middleman officers don't do their job.

                  But as a optimistic i know There r some officers who can restore my Faith.

                  I also applied For Passport but there was such a cooperation from staff because it is handled by a private office which get less salary comparable to public office but do their job with more efficiency and transpercy ( prove me wrong 🤗)

                    I have made 4 payment attempts of 50 rupees each for RC Detail. Everytime I got "Sorry, Please Try Again" error after amount getting debited from my account. I have made a complaint onto this in parivahan site and it is of no use. In parivahan site only 3 attempts of transaction are shown, but i have made 4. I have attached transfer details for all 4 attempts. I need refund of 150 back for 3 attempts and want RC pdf sent to my mail. Kindly help me with this.

                      The blood group printed on my DL is "15", clearly a typo. In form 2 of the procedure I have clearly stated the blood group as O+ve. There is no online procedure to rectify this.

                        Delay in Driving License Processing

                        I submitted an application (no. [protected]) to renew my driving license on 9th May 2021 and paid the fee as well.

                        However, it's been more than 8 months but I haven't received my DL. It is clearly mentioned that I don't need to visit the RTO as renewal comes under faceless service and will deliver to me.

                        But for a long time, the application is pending at "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL" at the counter "ADC10"br...

                        I applying application for a Duplicate RC, I already submitted my application through online and also done transaction with 225 RS.
                        when I visit RTO office with all valid documents for verification DTO office cancelled my fees without any reason & forced me for a another transaction.
                        Their staff behaviour and knowledge is very poor. Why verifier staff cancelled a successful transaction without any reason. At the end I was completed 2nd Transaction.Cancelled fee not receive yet.
                        PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND HELP ME FOR REFUND.

                          I Ravindrakumar Kaliya has applied for the driving license in Ahmedabad rto, Gujarat. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side, application number 47173322. and do the needful.

                            I already have a learner license of MCWG but didn't apply for LMV so I did it after approval of my MCWG LL because we can't change the class of vehicle after giving the test so basically, I had left only one option to apply for LMV separately.
                            Now I have 2 LL. One for MCWG and one for LMV. How I can apply for the Driving license for both classes of vehicles at once? Is there any way to do so?
                            How will I get DL for both?...

                            I have applied for driving licence Renewal issued by RTA Patiala on May 2021. Now i had shifted to Kapurthala and Address on my Addhar card is changed to Kapurthala. Contactless Faceless Application was filed vide application reference no. [protected] after the application completion I have paid fees and attached document as they requested. No Reply was received from RTO Office and the application status was Pending for Secrutiny at RTO Level. After a long period of waiting i approched to ATO Patiala then he updated that you should request for Address change. i applied for the same and made the payment. Now they are asking for the Address proof of Patiala to get the application processed.

                            If the system is not compatible for faceless application then please close this provision on the website. normal people suffering a lot from the your conditions. It should be automatically routed to the concerned RTO. There is not any change in the State.

                                  I gave DL test on 16th October, 2021, it got approved on 22nd October, 2021, since then I am waiting for my DL to be dispatched. I had visited the RTO i.e. SKK DL03, Delhi three times since then, they always says that they have pushed my application for faster resolution, but nothing happened. I am still concerned about what's happening there and where is my DL. I had also raised online complaints on the official parivahan website, but it got closed with a reply to send an email at given mail ID for such a case. I also did the same got reply that they are looking into my case.
                                  Therefore I request you to please help me out of this.
