I have applied for address change and addition endorsement of DL to LMV and cleared the sets on the 3rd of January but till now the status is "Application is under processing at RTO Level"

The application progress stage is "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL"

I visited RTO and there was no one to listen to me and they kept sending me to different counters with no resolution.

I have apply for my learner license renew and also paid the fees, And i have also submitted the documents in my rto and it's been over 1 week and I haven't got my learner renewed surely i am being depressed by the service of Rto

But then 6 months over till now but Didn't get my " R.C BOOK" .

2 Months ago I had applied for learning licence and completed all the required applications. They exempted me from the exam. And it’s been around 2 Months I haven’t received yet.
Whenever I check it shows application is under Processing at RTO level.

Hi, my application nummber is[protected]. My RTO is KA51 (Electronic City). I passed my DL test on 03/02/21. When I check the application status, it shows "APPROVAL OF DL" is pending. Please speed up the process.

I went to collect RC for my scooter today at 2.00pm ( 07/02/2022 ). There was a woman at counter who was printing RC for the scooter, instead of handing our RC's in our hand. She threw our RC cards in the air in our direction. I find this behaviour and really rude and disrespectful.

Wrong challan

I am from Pune. I have to correct my date of birth and name in Driving License so I complete the online process of it . After that I made payment and downloaded the receipt .

As the part of procedure I have to book an appointment so I was trying to book a slot . its throwing error of "Service Not Enabled For This RTO".

If service is not enable for my RTO then why have you accepted my payment. Also why didn't...

Haven't received the Non Migration Certification after reaching the place personally. The DSA counter said they will send it by post. Went there and check there personally 2 times but still haven't received it.

I am from Sirohi, Rajasthan, I had submitted my application for changing address in my DL in 09 Sept 21, and I raised my complaints for 2 times online but no response. After 4 month in 12 Jan 2022 I got response about resubmitting documents online, I had upload documents as on 18 Jan 2022 but still its under processing.
whenever I opened my application status its shows same( under processing RTOAUTH), why they takes such a too much time

I am seema kale owner of a two weeheler hero honda pleasure no.MH-14 CE 5830 on 05/2/2022 was parked at ambedkar road, vidya vihar mulund (w) mumbai 78 without reason they towed my bike, there was no BOARD near the road showing NO PARKING.There were many bikes and cars like innova and vagon R standingm over there were my bike was parked.so now my Q is if everyday all vehicals can be parked and there is no board showing NO PARKING then how can you only tow 3 vehicals and not the other and 1st of all theres no Q of the vehical getting towed!i have been charged wid 736 rs towing charge! This is INJUSTICE. I went to towing office mulund i asked them what kind of charges you are taking for my bike. She said it might be no parking. I clearly there were no such board mentioned, then she said were there any board paking zone! In mumbai in any area there not such kind of board or facility for specific to parking zone. when he is not sure about the board how can he tow vehicals like that!so now what is the answer as no response is given to the Q! they ans rudely that either show your rto papers and take your vehical and walk away or keep d vehical here only!!!so now what steps are to be taken will i get an answer or i will have to visit the court!this is fraud!! i hope i get an answer soon

Gave test on 25th November 2021. DL has not even approved yet. I passed LMV test but failed MCWOG test. There are no updates on the Sarathi Portal. What do I do? I gave my test in RTO Thane, Maharashtra.

Till date Duplicate RC not received.

Please visit the concerned RTO Office with all original documents as you have changed address fields or uploaded Medical Certificate - Form 1A...

I Anjani Goyal have applied for renewal of Driving License DL through sarathi.parivahan.gov.in website and payment have been duly made with respect to this.
The slots for the RTO HR24 are not available, the service for the desired RTO is not available.

So, It's humbly requested to Kindly make available the service at this RTO HR24 or please make provision for the refund of the payment made.

I, InderPal Singh, have applied for my Driver's License Renewal on 4th March 2021. I applied this renewal from RTA, SAS Nagar, Punjab, India. With application number:[protected]
Since then I've made multiple visits to the respective office in order to collect my renewed DL, but every time could not get it as the dealing authority always said that the license was still under process.
After multiple failed visits they gave me a slip, which I am attaching below, which states that my License is out for processing but gives me the facility to drive on the roads.
I am lodging this complaint so that I can get my License renewed as early as possible.

Hundreds of people young and youth visit Peenya tracking every day. All of them are forced to stand outside in HOT sun for hours together. RTO staff literally ask everyone to get out of gate. (Obsolutely no respect fo citizens). there's enough sun shade inside the premises (adjacent to the boundary wall with trees) . Request the authorities to kindly look into and provide shelter and toilet facilities who visit Peenya tracking. Thanks

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked an appointment for my driving test at 10:00 AM - RTO Panvel. But it has been more than half an hour and there are no officials present here. This is completely unprofessional and lack of awareness about time of their consumer. What is the point of booking appointment if officials are not following the slots timings. Please help us to make the system more effective and more consumer friendly.
