Hi, I had submitted application for my DL renewal on 31st Dec 2021 with all required documents, fees etc. but even after 1 month, the application status is "Under processing at RTO - pending for scrutiny". There has been no status update on the application and I am not getting any reasons for this not to progress. My DL has already passed the expiry date.

Request you to look into this on priority and get the DL renewed. Thanks....

I applied for my driving licence renewal in Oct'21 and received the incorrect driving licence on 15th Jan'22. The driving licence only shows MCWG in class of vehicles and not LMV. I have been ever since trying to have this resolved. I received the email addresses of the M-Tech India who are in charge of printing and dispatching of the licence, however, after several emails I have not received any information. The complete email addresses are as below:

I appeared for & cleared my MCWOG driving test on 24th Dec 2021 at RTO Wadala. I already have a 4 wheeler license which was submitted for endorsement.

My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING'.

It's been over 30 days. The endorsement should have happened by now because I surrendered my 4 wheeler smart-card.

Requesting this to get escalated so that needful is done as soon as possible.

NO one picks up the call as I have tried atleast 5 nearest RTO numbers.

Vehicle MH50 L1851 have not travelled to Mumbai, Maharashtra on 20 Jan 2021 and still it was fined for 200 rs, for lane cutting (challan no - MUMCM[protected])
Images attached in Mahatraffic e-challan portal does not have vehicle MH50 L1851, images have different vehicles not owned by us.

I have to tell about the subjected matter as follows:-

As the PUC of my above car expired, I had gone for the same on, it was not done because the system was showing "registration number more than 1 rto, please contact RTO office" (The copy of it is attached).

NOC issued for HISAR, Haryana (HR20) vide no . dated 09-Nov-2015 by RTO Faridabad, Haryana.

I, therefore, request you please deactivate from my CAR RC from RTO Faridabad and see the matter to regularise it immediately so that i can get my PUC done.

Also, i request you to please manage it to not to fine due to PUC till the problem is eradicated by your office.

because the DL issued to me is a smart DL but RTO give me a paper copy of it. I got invoiced to for not having smart DL
