Mr Nataraj (Mob number[protected] the RTO official in K R Puram, Bangalore RTO, has taken the documents of my car for the transfer of ownership. He has done the change with a mistake in my name and again promised to rectify it. It has been 2.5 months now, and he has now stopped answering my calls as well. He is not handing over the RC card as well to me and I am totally stuck without any help.

It is going to be 3 months of my new registration of a car but till now I have not received my smart card. On tracking, it’s showing booked on 30th October but till now it is not dispatched in the respective post office.

I have got new driving license number HP[protected] from RLA Office - Nagrota Bagwan, HP. I have paid fees for smart card (sim based) license as well aling with application online but RTO Office is saying that smart card based licenses are not issued these days.
If SIM based smart card’s are not issued then why related fees is taken from the public when applied/submitted online application.
Kindly clarify and if it is stopped then kindly refund the money deducted.

Hello sir,
I'd passed my final driving test more than a week ago but the status still shows pending on the website although the officer at the rto said I'll recieve the hard copy of my license (smart card) in a week via post. Neither have I recieved an acknowledgement receipt on passing the test which would allow me to drive without a trainer by my side. Kindly look into this matter and update the status online since I passed the test . Please do the needful as soon as possible . Thank you

Hi sir,

I have facing for 2 years where my vehicle no . JH09S2590 is showing " Registered to multiple RTO " i.e. Bokaro RTO (my hometown) and Bengaluru Central RTO . I found out this first time on 10th July 2019 during Online Pollution Certificate .
The mparivahan app also shows the same .

I have never moved the car from Bokaro to Bengaluru anytime from the year of purchase of my car i.e. April 2012 . It is Maruti Suzuki Swift Vxi .

From past 1.5 year I have been roaming to Bokaro RTO office for correction but no action has been taken .

Even I have mailed to DC and DTO of Bokaro but there was no reponse.
Additionally, I have raised a complain on Department of Administrative and Public Grievances portal .
Grienvance No - MORTH/E/2021/13330 .

Due to multiple RTO registration I am unable to get Online pollution Certificate and ultimately not able to drive my car in my hometown.

Kindly look into this asap since I have been tired because of the response from the concern authorities .

I applied gor transfer of rc from my deceased father's name to my brother's name .
Car no - DL4CNA7344 swift car.
I submitted application on 7th September 2021 but haven't received the rc till today(19th Nov 2021).

I applied for rc on 7th sep 2021 but haven't received it yet (19 th nov 2021) .
I even received msg in October end that my rc is ready but still it is not received.
Please help me.

Sir, I am unable to book slot for my DL test as it is even not showing the date and time... My Application No is [protected].. and My DTO is AS-10 (Karimganj, Assam)..I have asked many people but the same problem appears everytime.. I got my Learner License from Online Exam as per the new govt. of Assam guidelines... And I applied for my DL and my payment is also sucessful, still I am unable to book slot... I had accidently done the backlog entry for my DL : MH[protected] under state of Gujarat via application number [protected] .
I learnt that this should be done under Maharashtra (Mumbai) .

Application has been rejected but backlog information is still available under state of Gujarat due to which Renewal application #[protected] with fees paid couldn't be processed as backlog is still awaitng approval.

I had to cancelled my application as requested but my backlog is not getting deleted.

Andheri RTO has Backlog from Ahmedabad RTO needs to be deleted till then your Renewal wont be done.

Request you to please Delete / Reject my backlog entry which pending with Ahmedabad RTO for DL MH[protected]

I am Gulshan Jamaiwar, I have already 2 wheeler driving licence and now i applied for 4 wheeler license, all the process are done except "Additional Endorsements Of DL" it is still pending from 3 months so please resolve this issue, My Application number is [protected]

Sir, I am ankita Gupta, my vehicle four wheeler MH 37G 7281 was registered in RTO, washim(Maharashtra), I transfer my vehicle and registered in RTO, Patna(Bihar).do I applied for road tax refund paid at RTO, Washim. Its been 21 month to apply, but still officers in -charge
did not worked on my file, and when I visit to rto, washim they used to lie every time that my cheque is ready we are issue your cheque very soon.now I hot transfer to different state and not able to visit rto, washim.plz take some appropriate action on officer in- charge and kindly refund my road tax paid to rto, washim.

I would like to file a complaint about error of address and father name in my DL. I carefully filled the form for renewal of my DL but when i received my DL i found that address is completely wrong and there's a spelling mistake in my father's name. This not acceptable from an government organisation like RTO. I demand corrections in my DL.

I'm attaching a photo and you will see that no one in sane mind would write that address.

A resident in our building is parking illegal car which are antique in front of our shop the car completely hides our shop hence customers on road cannot see our shop the car is 7 feet in height and 15 feet in length . We commercial shop owner cannot even park a scooter due to the above reason
