I have got ll test link and password but after looking the tutorial also when I try to give ll test it doesn'tproceed further the page where I am supposed to agree the instructions neither it selects any options such as language.The page shows my information, language selection option but dosent selects anything...

I have submitted my DL for additional class of vechicle at Pulwama Kashmir RTO on 25th Feb 2021, application number [protected]. That very day "Scrutiny" showed completed. Since then it has been stuck at "APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL" stage and the Counter (Status) is showing as "Allotment Information Unavailable". I am not sure what this means, but it is in this status for almost 2 weeks now....

I have successfully applied for my driver learner license on 12th Sept 2021 via online[parivahan.gov.in] mode using my AADHAAR card. Since then I did see only "Application is under processing at RTO Level" with a message "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)", which is very confusing as to how long are they going to take to process this application. I applied for LL with the new contactless verification launched in Maharashtra(the data is directly taken from Aadhaar). Guardian's name which is CORRECT IN THE AADHAAR was taken wrongly (incomplete- just last 2 letters of the name were taken) and I was not allowed to edit it in the online application.
I visited RTO Pune, I was told we cannot do anything, fill the LL Edit form online. I did the same in August. It is still pending,...

APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL is pending for long period...
