I have cleared Learning exam of RTO 4 months Back but after 4 months of waiting I didn't get my Learning liscence.
Please help

My recent visit to RTO Beltala was a horrible experience. I am a retired executive from a public sector organization and a senior citizen too. I had gone to RTO kasba from where my vehicle was earlier registered but they said now it would only be done at rto Beltala. Mr Mitra of kasba rto referred me to his counterpart mr Debasish Roy. I met him, he was too rude and had no concern of my being a senior citizen. I told him that touts were all around like honey bees. To this he told me to try myself doing the work.
I couldn't do any thing that day. Next day early morning I went but couldn't do much. I am a diabetic n hypertension patient so I approached a dallal named Guddu, who pretended to be an rto official n very close to the inspector who would inspect the vehicles.
He told me he would charge ₹200 apart from the actuals, to which I agreed. The inspector came at 1300 hrs and around 1400 hrs my vehicle was inspected. The inspector was only around and all work were being done by touts. It was a place worth visiting and anyone can see it as it is a daily affair. However after this inspection, Guddu demanded ₹6500 from me as he had to pay different agencies of rto. I was on the wrong foot, I met the inspector but no good as my papers were with them. I had to pay reluctantly. I was more harassed as Guddu demanded more money before handing over the papers. I somehow go the papers on the third day. My submission that the concerned minister n bureaucrats should take a call and help people from this ongoing harrasment n loot.
West Bengal can never rise if such things persist. Already things are in vey bad shape and younger generations will never stay here for work or further studies.

I lived in Ratnagiri city Tal dist Ratnagiri. I purchased bajaj avanger vehicle from Nashik. the seller gave me NOC to me for transferring ownership. The Transaction is approved from RTO side but for paying transferring charges on website some pending transaction from RTO Nashik which is required to be cleared from RTO Nashik. One agent from Nashik RTO Sajay Thakare (Mob No [protected]) told me that that was site problem i.s NIC site.. But right now both the RTO neglecting their duties to transfer my vehicle. MY Vehicle No is MH15CJ8038. kindly do strict actions against who responsible delay and lack of their duties

It's been 2 months since I cleared my dl test and the workers atbrto told that you are been passed and took my papers and told me to wait 20 days
Then when I went to ask about my application status after a month they told scrutiny is not done and without scrutiny they do not allow to take dl test, so they told me to get my papers from dl test department and get verified, so when I informed the dl test department about my issue they did nothing except make me roam inside and out of rto, now they even don't no where are my papers

Now please look into my issue and please get me justice

I applied online for renewal of my Learner License with reference License number AS25 /0008952/2021 in Kamrup Rural, Assam RTO. Since in Assam, it is online, we are exempted from LL slot book. I have uploaded all other required documents and paid the fees on 26/11/2021. Since 5 days the "verification of the documents is pending".

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl

I have passed my all DL test a month ago, but my DL is still not yet come in my hands. Please make it fast.

I have applied for MCWG at RTO Kalyan and given my driving test at 29 oct 2021.

Still I didn't received my DL

I did not receive my driving licence smart card yet. I fall under Kasba RTO, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Same vehicle having registration number MH 24 AV 3303 is running on roads.fine against that vehicle is fined on my vehicle.
Please solve this issue

Have applied for DL EXTRACT on 09/11/2021 at RTO Office Patiala, Punjab . But still the application stage is "Application is under processing at RTO Level".
It's been 22 days now and I did not receive any update from RTO Office .

I have been trying to book slots for DL test for last 4 months at RTO office Pulwama, Kashmir but continuously it is showing slots not available for 1 month. I have been trying for DL for past 3 years now but due to unavoidable circumstances of article abrogation and COVID-19 it got delayed. My LL is expiring in January 2022. I have been renewing it for years together now but the RTO seems unavailable and least concerned about the job. Please do something into the issue so that I get a DL.

My name's spelling is wrong in the driving license issued. This error has been caused by the people in-charge of RTO Kasba, Kolkata, West Bengal. Now why would I pay another hefty amount for name change when its completely there mistake. As the DL is a government ID proof I need this to be corrected as early as possible.

Sir,
I gave my two wheeler driving test at KR Puram rto on 4th-Nov-2021 & passed the test. And it was informed license will come directly through postal service within 30 days. It has been 21 days now but the status on the
rto website has not been updated once. It is still showing the same status for days. And i am unable to understand anything from it.

It'll be helpful if anyone can tell me what does the 'counter' mean. Do i have to visit the rto counter?

Does rto have any interface to know when will i receive my license or any interface to know where my application is stuck in the workflow process?

I applied for DL and all my Driving test were Passed on 02/07/2021, since then my application status is showing Approval for DL Today is 26/11/2021,

It's been 4 months and status is still the same, I request you to please process my application ASAP.
