    I have applied for learning license on 7th october 2021 in RTO 2 BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA.then only i am trying to book slot for the same but everytime it show error message no slot available for next 7 days but while slot ennquiry it shows slot available.but on booking it is showing not available.its been more than a month.i am not able to book slot for the same.I have twitted many times and mailed many times but no response.still i am not able to book my slot

      Sir,
      I Shubham negi has applied for the driving license in burari rto, delhi. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side.         Sir/Madam,
        I have filled my online application form for the renewal of My DL with Application no [protected] on parivahan website. Today I visited my RLA, Jawali, Himachal Pradesh (HP54) regarding submission of filled form along with fee slip. The department officials denied to accept my form by saying that they will not provide the smart card DL and they will gave back again my old paper DL. I have paid ₹305 amount online for smart card DL. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible because I am student of PhD and by visiting again and again it is totally wastage of my time and money. Thanks

          The Printing of my DL in FORM 7 (SMART CARD) is COMPLETED on[protected]. The current status of DL is Allotment Information Unavailable. Please look at the attached screenshot of the DL application.

          Driving Licence delivery is pending for the last 6-7 months. Although, I can access my DL online through DigiLocker.

          Please have a look at this case and guide me on what should I do to get my Driving Licence.

            Driving licence application no [protected] all documents submitted on time reciept date[protected].All documents verified and submitted by RTO office rohini sec 15 delhi.but we didn't receive driving licence now all process is online done by delhi govt .fee structure also increased by the system not eligible to process on given time.
            This is online RTO system failure delhi govt.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I am Aryan, i have applied for 2 wheeler (MCWG) and 4 wheeler (LMV driving license, my application no. is [protected] at Moradabad RTO, Uttar Pradesh.
                  I have passed for MCWG and LMV driving test on date 2nd November 2021.
                  But till the date is shows status pending for
                  1) approval of dl
                  2) printing of dl in form 7 &
                  3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

                  So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application.

                      Mr Tawde of Andheri West, Mumbai RTO office had been purposefully delaying my conversion of my T permit vehicle into private vehicle ( Vehicle no MH02CR0237 ) inspite of handling of all necessary documents through agent Sundar.
                      Whenever I personally visit his office for enquiring about the delay he constantly wades me off by avoiding me since 15 MONTHS.
                      I have been fined as well unnecessary for the delay from the above mentioned officers delay.
                      I being a SENIOR CITIZEN, this has led to a lot of harassment physically and mentally.
                      Requesting a prompt action regarding this.

                                  Complete application was submitted to the Barrackpore ARTO, after successfully submission of Fees with Application no WB-210613V7416189, Dated 18.07.20, and met with Office 6 timrs. But the officer instructed to place vehicle for inspection. and accrodingly the Vehicle was placed and contact Room no 12 and after 4 P.M the concern officer will inspect, but already 5 days visited with Car but the Concern officer deliberately harassed and non co operated not kept his work. Without broken it would not be done in normal process wihout broker. Broker demanded a high amount Bribes charge for TO & TA. which is impossible.

                                      NOC for transfer of ownership not approved yet even after 1 month

                                      I had applied for NOC for transfer of my Honda Amaze Diesel Car with regn. no.DL2CAT1282 on[protected]. I had uploaded all documents online at https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in vide application no.DL211003X0218014.

                                      However, still after one month, the status is showing as HOLD due to reason "All required documents not received through speed post". I wish to state that all documents have been duly uploaded in the above website and...

                                      No officer at rto akola comes to the office before 11:30 am even if they allow us to book a slot of 9 am. Even after coming late they allow person with agent or connections for the test first. Timing of slot doesn't matter here because they make everyone stand In a row irrespective of there slot and then allow them to take there test. But someone with agent or connections can directly take test without standing in any row. I personally have seen all this happening 3 times because I was trying to get a license without any agent or without paying extra money to anyone.
