My Driving License no. HR12 [protected] is pending approval from Backlog Entry vide reference no[protected] from RTO, Rohtak, Haryana. I need to change the address from Rohtak, Haryana to S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, Punjab. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. It is very urgent for me.

My Driving License has got dispatched by speed post on[protected]. Today is 5th October but still i have not received it . Even if when i track my consignment details on speed post website, then it says "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND " . My speed post tracking ID is EL[protected]IN . I went to my local speed post office but they were unable to give any information about my Driving License .
Please help me in getting my Driving License .

Hi,

I am a senior citizen and I had submitted a request for DL renewal through online portal. All documents were correctly uploaded to Sarathi website. It is written that it is an contactless e-service and no need to visit RTO for renewal. It has been 3 weeks but there is no update on it.

At the same time, there are many agents roaming outside RTO and in the city who are offering to get this done sooner for a commission.

Please take action ASAP.

Sir i have given my driving licence test on 19th sept 2021 at mayur vihar authority and i am yet to receive my DL todays date is 6th of october.
They dont even pick up the phone.
Its been almost 3 week such a delay in the advance technology time is not acceptable.

I applied online to get Driving license extract of my son's DL. Since I heard that the Govt of India has moved lots of RTO services online, I decided to make an application online. I did the application, made payment online- Rs.10/-. Then the instruction says, one need to go to the RTO office to get the extract!!! I was wondering what is this online application!!!. I contacted an agent outside RTO office K R Puram, Bangalore and gave my online application printout. He said he can get the printout by next day and said the charges would be Rs.1300/-. So I decided to go directly to the RTO office. Went to second floor room 2 and got the signature on the online application and submitted the signed application in room no 3 of first floor. The guy who received the application said come after three days to collect the printout. I asked 3 days for a printout!!!. He said printer need to be available to take a printout!!!. Who has to be blamed? The system which do not permit to take a printout online after the payment or the corrupt RTO officers?

I am facing an issue getting my Learner's License. My application id is [protected] and my date of birth :[protected]. I had applied for the same before but forgot to delete the previous application, eventually after realizing the mistake i deleted my previous application. But my LL is still under process.

Please help me with the processing, I went to the Kalyan RTO office but they denied helping me saying that eKYC problems are none of our business.

I had my LL test on 1 oct 2021, but they sent me back with invalid reasons like the webcam is not working so i must apply E-adhar once again..Even though I have requested that it is not possible as I am already registered !. So what must I do to get the LL a
as my driving licence depend on it...

My application is under scrutiny for over a month. How many days it takes to scrutinise documents for learner licence.

I have a 4 wheeler (Maruti Suzuki Baleno 2018 Delta Petrol Model). It is a BS4 model car.
I had to relocate to Gurugram in May-2021 so I submitted an Application for NOC at Pune RTO in Feb-2021 Month.

Pune RTO took 2 Month to issue car NOC and they provided an NOC for Gurugram RTO. But when I reached to Gurugram RTO, they denied to register my Car at Gurugram. They said BS4 car is not allowed to register at Gurugram.

I am not getting what to do now.

My complain is : why Pune -RTO issues an car NOC for Gurugram RTO if BS4 car is not allowed to register here.
Pune RTO person are so careless about issuing NOC, they dont even bother that people will face so much difficulties.

Now due to this Pune RTO, I have to get car NOC cancelled and for that again I need to pay 8K rupees to RTO agent to cancel NOC and make Car live to vahan portal.

Hi sir I am from Almora Uttarakhand my RTO is in Almora. Nine month ago i have submitted my documents to the RTO Almora (263653)for my high security number plated backlog issue I have done all the formalities there. My hometown is in Almora and I work in Delhi for me its difficult to go there in regular basic but they have done nothing and they even don't know how to talk this is how system works? Due to this issue I have paid 3 challan in 8 months I am very tired of these things and they are asking for money .and I have video proof of that please take strict action

I am Mr. Kaustav Mitra, I have applied for 2 (Two) wheeler (MCWOG) Licence, My Application Number is [protected] at RTO L.A. 24 Parganas (South), New Administrative Building Alipore RTO, 25, Belvedere Road, Alipore Police Line, Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal-700027.

I have passed the MCWOG Driving Test on 20th September, 2021. But till the date its shows status pending for
1) Approval of DL
2) Printing of DL in Form 7
3) Dispatch of the DL & PSV Badge Pending.

So it is my humble request to kindly speed up the process for my Application Number [protected] and please look at the matter.

Sir I have applied for LMV LLR, I already had 2 wheeler Lic. so I applied For LLr online using my Lic. on 20 /09/2021and I pay that fee. amount. But still now there is no replay from the concern side. So take immediate action Sir. (TN75, Marthandam RTO)

I have got ll test link and password but after looking the tutorial also when I try to give ll test it doesn'tproceed further the page where I am supposed to agree the instructions neither it selects any options such as language.The page shows my information, language selection option but dosent selects anything
