            Complete application was submitted to the Barrackpore ARTO, after successfully submission of Fees with Application no WB-210613V7416189, Dated 18.07.20, and met with Office 6 timrs. But the officer instructed to place vehicle for inspection. and accrodingly the Vehicle was placed and contact Room no 12 and after 4 P.M the concern officer will inspect, but already 5 days visited with Car but the Concern officer deliberately harassed and non co operated not kept his work. Without broken it would not be done in normal process wihout broker. Broker demanded a high amount Bribes charge for TO & TA. which is impossible.

              DL is processing in first step from last 45 days

              Address: Pune

              I have applied for 2 wheeler driving licence and given test on 45 days back. Buy in status it is still showing pending at first level
              1) Approval of DL.
              2) printing of DL
              3) Dispatch.
              So kindly speed up the process l, it is already taken more than 45 days and still it showing same status....

              NOC for transfer of ownership not approved yet even after 1 month

              Address: 8, vishwakarma appt Vasundhara enclave

              I had applied for NOC for transfer of my Honda Amaze Diesel Car with regn. no.DL2CAT1282 on[protected]. I had uploaded all documents online at https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in vide application no.DL211003X0218014.

              However, still after one month, the status is showing as HOLD due to reason "All required documents not received through speed post". I wish to state that all documents have been duly uploaded in the above website and...

              No officer at rto akola comes to the office before 11:30 am even if they allow us to book a slot of 9 am. Even after coming late they allow person with agent or connections for the test first. Timing of slot doesn't matter here because they make everyone stand In a row irrespective of there slot and then allow them to take there test. But someone with agent or connections can directly take test without standing in any row. I personally have seen all this happening 3 times because I was trying to get a license without any agent or without paying extra money to anyone.

                Sir, I have given my final driving licence test on 14 th July 2021. Still I have not received my driving licence. When I open the website, it is showing that driving licence is not approved and is in the pending state. My application number is [protected]. I have given my test in Chanchal RTO, Malda West Bengal. I have contacted them many times but there is no response.

                  MH12 JZ 4550 Transfer Of Ownership (RC Card not received from last 12 months)

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had submitted application for Transfer Of Ownership for MH12 JZ 4550 on 26th Nov.2020 also transfer of ownership has been approved on 7th Dec.2020. When I check RC Print/Smart Card Status online it shows that : SMART CARD Pending 07-Dec-2020 15:35:59 by user MEENAL SHEKHAR KULKARNI and Dispath RC Status is DISPATCH RC Pending against Appl no MH201126V5657211.

                  I attended 2-3 times Pune RTO for this...

                  Despite repetitive reminders and request Manish has not yet transferred vehicle in his name and continuing to use it in my name.

                      Address: Tis accident took place near maldihya

                      The guy don't know to drive even he was not using the seat belt, he didn't have eye to see, he didn't use indecator at the turn can't hear horn and he was turing in between the road. I and my father are badly heart due to this fellow driver of the car.

                        But till the date its shows status pending for

                          We have visited the the Wazirpur authority on 21 september 2021 for driving licens0e test but on that day the server was down and no driving test was conducted in that day and the authority people have asked do reschedule the appointment for the same. Since then we are trying to book appointment online but it is booking and also many times we have called on help line number but no one picking our call.
                          Request you to help us in this context as soon as possible.

                            Wrong challan for opposite side driving on the service road.

                            Address: Best colony, Ghatkopar east.

                            Today on 01.11.2021 I the Traffic police has wrongly levied fine/issued challan at the service road near the Best colony, ghatkopar east, ( parallel to eastern express high way) . The service road is for the convenient to the Best Colony people to reach pantNagar through a connecting service road, over the Nalla. This service road is used by common public for almost 4-5 years because it is the shortest and convenient road way to reach pantnagar....

                              I have been waiting from past 4 hours to give LL test the officer here are saying that RI officer is not available and he will come in 10 mins. It been 4 hours listening same thing. Time is precious for everyone if he is unavailable it should be notified to everyone with the proper time when he is returning back.
