I have permanent license test on 12/sept/2021. My license was dispatched on 11 oct /2021 but I didn't received my tracking number on website or not through sms.It has been 15 days now my I didn't received my license.
So kindly look into this matter.

Learning test passed in July and only needs to approved at RTO level but it has been 3 months now, RTO Thane not approved yet.

If it has been done through agents, then I'd have received on very next day.

Very disappointed service.

Hello Sir,

I would like to bring notice that I have applied for a LLR renewal through RTA telangana App (TApp). The application was submitted on 22/Sept/2021 (Application Number: TS208/14009/2021/LL).

Name: SRIDHAR PONGALURU
This application belongs to TS208/14009/2021/LL

It's now 26/Oct/2021, but still the application is not accepted or approved by the RTA Kukatpally branch, and I am following the RTA customer team on a daily basis for the same.

Until now my application was not approved by the Kukatpally RTO office. The status shows as 'YET TO BE PROCESSED IN LEVEL'.

Kindly request that please take action that the applications should be cleared at the earliest else it will be a problem.

Hope you understand my concern and do the needful. Looking forward to hearing from you soon on the same.

I am Mr. Sanjeev Jaiprakash Mandal, I have applied for 2 wheeler (MCWG) and 4 wheeler (LMV) driving license, my application no. Is [protected] at Vashi RTO, Maharashtra
I have passed for MCWG and LMV driving test on dated 5th of October 2021.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & PSV badge pending.

So kindly request you to speed up the process for my application[protected]

ED[protected]IN se dispatch dikha rha h jo ki abhi tak deliver nhi hua jiski complaint maine post office me bhi ki vaha se jawab aaya h ki aap RTO office se pta kare unhone(RTO) abhi tak is parcel ko dispatch nhi kiya h so please mujhe ye btaya jaye mera licence mujhe kaise receive hoga bina licence k bahoot problem ho rhi h

When i was trying to login to give my leaners test online, i got an error saying that "YOU HAVE CROSSED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FACE AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS.
PLEASE COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FLOW TO PROCEED WITH THE EXAM"

I passed my driving license test on the 3rd of September 2021 but have not received my smart card yet.I was able to download a soft copy of my driving license, but have yet to receive a hard copy.On the website aptransport.org, under dispatch status, my smart card hasn't been printed yet.
My RTA is RTA Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
My License Application number is AP[protected]DL

Hi Sir,

I've applied for the learning license and verified it with Aadhar Card Details. That's why I got an exemption to upload some verification documents. On following stages it shows:

UPLOAD DOCUMENTS - Exempted (Status Showing)
E-SIGN DOCUMENT - Exempted (Status Showing)
LL SLOT BOOK - Exempted (Status Showing)

I've paid the learning license fee as well to finalise the process....

I bought my car in December 2015 still haven't received the RC book. When I visited the RTO office I am asked to apply for a duplicate RC book. Why should I apply for a duplicate if I haven't received the original? Why should I pay charges needed for duplicate RC?

Payment was successful from UPI but it is not reflecting in my LL application, I had already sent an email regarding LL fees but they are not responsible about email and there are too much of waiting in call for sarathi helpline.
Reverting to email is not within TAT, they are taking 1day to reply.
Please advise the amount will be reverted to my bank a/c or I need to wait for solution because it almost more than 3days are over which are more than the working days.

Yesterday Amount has beenrefunded my a/c, I had sent an email to sarathi about the error in payment on 18th oct and email recieved from Sarathi Sarathi to check payment status i have checked the payment status and the amount has been credited/reverted to my a/c.

The current Status is showing as License Dispatched thru postal Services as on 5/10/21, however today even after 17days I have not received the License nor any intimation about the same.
