Hello, I've registration through KYC using adhar card and successfully passed LL test in the month of July and now it has been three months my learning license approval is still pending at RTO, Thane

I also noticed that some other people who registered through agent got their learning license within some days.

So what's the use of sarathi 4.0 then? Do they want more charges?

NOC Of vehicle no DL8CAF4398 issued on dated 3 sep 2021 but still pending to Thanesar RTO due to error on manufacture date. Its a clerical mistake form Wazir pur RTO. But no one is responding. Kindly help.

I have applied for Two wheeler License renewal online on 10 Aug 2021and paid the fees, nothing is pending... My existing license has expired on 31 Aug 2021. My Application no [protected] and applied at Pune RTO fron 10th Aug 2021, status is same "Application is under processing at rto level, Scrutiny (verification of proof of document
counter no IMVSWD19) " . I have send email to helpdesk and raised greiveence also still status hasn't changed till now. No updates on emails or greiveence raised... its 2 months now, Would you please help on it

I tried to authenticate myself for LL but due to some technical error it was showing failed again and again but after trying couple of times it was showing that I have crossed the maxximum number of attempt please visit rto. Anyone knows how to solv this or how to cancel aplication I dont wanna visit RTO Office because it sucks... Please...

My driving license (MH06 [protected]) has been dispatched on[protected] but still it is not received. The RTO (Pen) office is only 3 hrs away from my location then also why it is taking so much time?

I have passed the DL test on 21th Sept, 2021 but still status is showing pending .

Could you please take further action on this.

Respected Sir, I have submitted complete driving license file to RTO office Amb district Una (HP) after successfully passed driving test on dated 04/10/2021. But MVI Amb has not given me any receipt after receiving file. He assured that you got SMS as a receipt but no any message is received yet.I am facing problems for driving any tour and official duties. Kindly do needful action to send me receipt of submitted DL file. Thank you

My Driving License no. HR12 [protected] is pending approval from Backlog Entry vide reference no[protected] from RTO, Rohtak, Haryana. I need to change the address from Rohtak, Haryana to S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, Punjab. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. It is very urgent for me.

You know without DL you can not ride on road.

My Driving License has got dispatched by speed post on[protected]. Today is 5th October but still i have not received it . Even if when i track my consignment details on speed post website, then it says "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND " . My speed post tracking ID is EL[protected]IN . I went to my local speed post office but they were unable to give any information about my Driving License .
Please help me in getting my Driving License .

Hi,

I am a senior citizen and I had submitted a request for DL renewal through online portal. All documents were correctly uploaded to Sarathi website. It is written that it is an contactless e-service and no need to visit RTO for renewal. It has been 3 weeks but there is no update on it.

At the same time, there are many agents roaming outside RTO and in the city who are offering to get this done sooner for a commission.

Please take action ASAP.

Sir i have given my driving licence test on 19th sept 2021 at mayur vihar authority and i am yet to receive my DL todays date is 6th of october.
They dont even pick up the phone.
Its been almost 3 week such a delay in the advance technology time is not acceptable.

I applied online to get Driving license extract of my son's DL. Since I heard that the Govt of India has moved lots of RTO services online, I decided to make an application online. I did the application, made payment online- Rs.10/-. Then the instruction says, one need to go to the RTO office to get the extract!!! I was wondering what is this online application!!!. I contacted an agent outside RTO office K R Puram, Bangalore and gave my online application printout. He said he can get the printout by next day and said the charges would be Rs.1300/-. So I decided to go directly to the RTO office. Went to second floor room 2 and got the signature on the online application and submitted the signed application in room no 3 of first floor. The guy who received the application said come after three days to collect the printout. I asked 3 days for a printout!!!. He said printer need to be available to take a printout!!!. Who has to be blamed? The system which do not permit to take a printout online after the payment or the corrupt RTO officers?
