Sir,
I chetan mer has applied for the driving license in bhavnagar rto, gujrat. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and invr badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side.     I have applied for license renewal of my mother through contact less service on 10 Sep 2021. The application ID is [protected]. I have made the payment and provided all the documents. In her previous license which has expired her full name was not mentioned on the smart card. My mother's full name is SAVITRI SHARMA and only SAVITRI was mentioned. This time while applying for license renewal I applied for name change. I was asked aadhar card as the proof and I submitted that. The next time I was asked for aadhar and pan card as proof I submitted that too. After that I was asked for aadhar card both sides and pan card self attested proof and I provided that too. Now I have been asked to provide name change affidavit and marriage certificate along with aadhar card. Her name is not changed. I just wanted her full name to be included on the smart card. As far as marriage certificate is concerned my parents got married in 1987. I don't think many people got their marriage certificates made during 80s. I request you to please stop this mockery which is happening. I am a serving officer in the Indian Army posted in Kashmir region in remote location and my mother is a senior citizen 65 years old.

      I had purchased a 12-wheeler commercial vehicle for business purposes in the year 2017 which I am the 3rd owner of the vehicle- Vehicle Reg No. is KA19AA9085, it has come to my notice that the vehicle has a case registered against it during the year 08/05/2015 and the case has been registered on 13 May 2021 (i.e. after 6 years ).

      Due to the inefficiencies of the RTO. I am facing difficulties in payment of the Tax and other other necessary documents in the RTO Mangalore. So to close the matter as no one was helping me I payed the whole amount of total Rs 8900 to RTO Nelamangala which has be payed by the first owner of the vehicle as he was the culprit and to not cause me any further inconveniences. I request RTO Nelamangala to refund the amount back to me as It is unlawful and not just.

      I have purchased the vehicle in good faith. Why RTO has to take 7 years to file an FIR against the first owner. I have written mails and registered complaints in several government websites and also written to the to the honourable Prime Minister and Transport Mnister and other RTO Government Officals.

      Why should I be penalised for inefficiancy/ defiancy of the RTO Nelamangala, Bangalore District?

            I’m from Bareilly Uttar Pradesh. When I apply for my tank truck fitness renewal prior to the 45 days of expiring of fitness then site shows that you can apply for fitness within 45 days of expiry. I apply for my tank truck fitness on 45 days then show you can apply within 45 days then I apply for fitness on 44 days prior to the expiring date then show no available slot then I try on 43 days prior then also show not available slot, I apply 42 prior then also same thing show slot not available. So how Can I apply. This problem show with all my vehicle and other people vehicles of Bareilly . I can’t understand what the RTO office bareilly officers doing. They open the fitness slot after taking the bribe. If you pay only then you can take a fitness date from RTO office Bareilly otherwise your fitness will expire but you can renew it. In other RTO office o[censored]ttar pradesh you can apply for fitness renewal on the same day of fitness expiring or a day before the fitness expiring all slots will available but In bareilly uttar pradesh you can only apply within 45 days of expiring fitness But still you will not get slot available. In other cities o[censored]ttar pradesh and other states you can apply same day of expiring you get slot available.

              Hello Sir,

              I have passed the DL test on 21th Sept, 2021 but still status is showing pending .

              Could you please take further action on this.

              As of now (i.e. 29th Sept, 2021) I still did not get any Driving Licence Number.

                  my father mr.bhagchand nahar owns four wheeler vehicle maruti 800,

                        Dear Sir/Madam

                        1.As per Saarthi Web portal my renewed license has been dispatched on
                        21Setp 21 with the tracking no ED[protected]IN.
                        2.This tracking no is not showing any details since 21st Sep21.I have followed up with the INDIAPOST portal consumer support and also physically met in KALKAJI post office also.They are also not able to trace this tracking no.

                        3.I have also followed up with the Saarthi portal support team, they also could not help me on it and have asked me to get in touch with the RTO office (Seikh Sarai) for south Delhi.

                        4.You are requested kindly check the issue with the delivery of my renewed license .

                        5.Attachment :-Application Status on Saarthi Portal regarding dispatch date and tracking no mention above.

                          Although booked for timeslot 11:00, DL test is conducted after 4 to 5 hours. Are very lethargic and do not value others time.

                            I have given an application regarding the withdrawl of my previous application which was given in regard of issue of Duplicate RC. Since the duplicate RC was not issued and the application was stuck the rto asked me to cancel i.e. withdraw my application and try again. I have also given Withdrawl application but it has also been to no effect as no progress has been made in that matter as well. Neither my duplicate RC. Has been issued nor the Application has been withdrawn so that I can proceed further.
                            Just to withdraw my application I had to visit the Subhash Bridge RTO Ahmedabad GJ01 8 times in the last month itself.
                            I would like it if necessary steps are taken.

                              It been 15 days since i passed my DL approval test. The test results are updated but the DL approval status is showing as pending. I know that the smart card can take some time but to process but my DL status should atleast be updated in my account on the website.

                                    In Mahe Pondichery state I apply duplicate RC before 2 months they inform me it will take 3 weeks after I went 4 time they are saying still not ready and they are not giving contact num I have to go there and check, if I give some money under the table it will be ready 3 weeks.its very worst RTA service and the staffs very rude
