I had applied for change in address and duplicate driving license. But they rejected my document. I am trying to upload document but website is not allowing to upload. When I asked for help from RTO Ahmedabad, Vastral. They didnot help me and ignored my issue. I have already paid government 600 Rs and not refunding me. Please help

It's been more than a month I had applied for duplicate DL, but I'm yet to receive my DL. When I consult RTO office, they asking to come tomorrow or next week everytime.
This is happening because I had applied for DL on my own not through agent.

I passed my Driving licence exam on 21st August. I had booked by DL exam on 11th august and there have been no change in my application status on sarathi parivahan site since.
The concerned RTO is RTO jharoda kalan.

I following all details just like they said after someday I called RTO and I tell them I haven't received LL text password and also said that there is mention kindly contact with RTO authority then they said there was nothing we can do about you should wait now it is application status Allotment Information Unavailable
so I am not satisfied with their answer

I am Renuka Nagar, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. is [[protected]] at Gautam budh nagar rto, Uttar Pradesh
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 22 June 2021
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

My date for driving license test was scheduled on June 10th.but due to lockdown the date was cancelled and dates became to be booked online .but couldn't book a date it show u can try after 60 days or so.it's been more than 4 months since this and still have not got a date for a test.I myself studying mbbs in palakkad have visted the KOLLAM RTO office over more than 3 times for a slot appointment .it is difficult for me to take leaves concerned the course I'm studying. The rto officers behaviour was rude towards me, while I went to meet him to grant me a date.He won't either grant me a transfer of the center for driving test to palakkad saying it's not possible, he even promised me he would next time surely get me a date but everytime I go there he refuses to even acknowledge me or atleast recognise me.i have taken multiple leaves for this purpose but all are wasted.very much disappointed about this behaviour towards a citizen like me.i don't know where to register a complaint so came here .hope this reaches the concerned officials.

I, Gaurav Rahti, had taken service of Murugan Driving School, M.K.B. Nagar, Chennai - 600039, Reg.No-B2/76170/2015, registered in RTO office of Chennai North, whose proprietor is Mr. K. Srinivasan, for 4 wheeler driving license and car driving training for me and my sister.
I had paid him advance money on 27 June 2021 and he promised to get the training and license work done within 1 month's time. From 3/4 July onwards we started car training after being delayed by the driving school. Till now Mr. Srinivasan had not applied for our LLR and kept telling us that he had applied. After few days of training the driving master started pestering us to get the LLR first and then only he will give us training. So we asked Mr. Srinivasan about the same and he told he has already applied. So our training stopped after 7 days of training. During this time whenever I tried to contact Mr. Srinivasan either on phone or personally on his premises he didn't answer or was not available at his office most of the time. And when I got hold of him he gave fake promises that he will do the work the very next day..
After many days and having an argument with him finally he applied for our LLR on July 23. Later on, even though we asked him the date to go for verification at RTO office, he told that he will get the dates soon and finally after asking our money back he got us the date for verification on 19 August 2021.
After that I kept asking him when he will get us the dates for driving test for which he told he will get it soon. This happened for a few days and later he started ignoring my calls and whenever I went to visit his office (about 10 times) he was never there at his office. I had called him about 20 times between 13 September to 18 September and he didn't answer it even once. I visited his office about 4-5 times during this period and he was never available there.
His staff kept telling me that Mr. Srinivasan would be available at different times and at those times also I visited the office but he was not present there.

Request you to take action agains Mr. Srinivasan and Murugan Driving school.

Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side. My Application No - [protected] was submitted on 23 Aug 2021 and fee was deposited on 24 Aug 2021.

Now its been around 25 days its status is showing Application is under processing at RTO Level.

Request to kindly get it delivered immediately, since I am facing great hardship in absence of it.

Submitted for refund of my car TS09EU5514 life tax after transferring to another state on 4th Dec 2020 at RTA, Khairathabad, Hyderabad . I did not receive tax refund.

I have applied for DL extract twice on different days and paid fees for it. But both the time amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction showed incomplete.

I have a two wheler GJ13P2520. now recently i Apply for re passing my bike at surendranagar RTO, but they seems some blacklisted error from nashik RTO since 2017, so they cant Proceed Further and they can not even help .but i never go to nashik with my bike.
now i find a contact number from online of nashik RTO Maharastra, but they also not respond properly. now i cant understand how to solve this issue and make my bike re passing possible

My test date was on September 3rd 2021.I passed the test and my license was dispatched on 7th September as shown in the parivahan sarathi website.Its been ten days since the dispatchel and my license has not yet recieved.Hoping a solution wll be found for this to get my license as soon as possible.

Addree change request for my two wheeler is pending at Bangalore North RTO KA04 and application # KA210516V3674163 is pending CA verification for over 2.5 months with no communication from RTO to me. Is this the way a Govt entity to function and only act when the requestor is checking the status they should say why there is a delay?...
