    Maximum attempts of face authentication has been crossed

    Hello, I applied for the learner's license on 13th September 2021
    But the server was down so I couldn't complete my LL test online.
    when I tried to do face authentication again it showed 'maximum number of face authentication attempts has been crossed, kindly contact the RTO. when I visited the RTO office, AMINGAON. There was no one to help me not even a single officer. i am traveling abroad very soon and i need my license...

              Mr. Officer, Travels has been parked in front of my own shop for the last two years. Allow me to remove the travels from the front of my shop so that the trouble I am having does not happen. Travels number is MH 12 DG-3539. I am sending you a picture of that travels. You see the picture and decide for yourself how much trouble we are facing. I urge you to immediately park this travels somewhere else.

                I have completed my payment and test for LL on 28-8-21.
                My application is showing to be stucked at RTO level . Due to this issue i sent [protected]@gov.in two mails in a difference of 7 days but not got any answer . And the most irritating part is that i have been calling them for 15 days at the no. provided on website i.e.[protected] . They never ever pick up the call . I request you to please look at this matter as soon as possible.

                [protected]@gov.in replied to my mail yesterday but i am not satisfied with their answer, their is still no update in my LL application . Today is 20th day and my application is still under process . Please look after my matter as soon as possible.

                    I am unable book slot for DL at RTO Vasai Virar. I had sent three mail but their no reply. It is regret to note further also raising query personelly over phone three times no satisfectory reply.

                        I've submitted my DL for renewal through M D Stephen driving institute to RTO, Ambattur vide application no : [protected].I've booked slot for further process on 08.09.2021 and went in person and completed the process.I've received SMS to my mobile confirming successful verification at 11.03 am and another message approving my renewal at 12.55pm on 08.09.2021.
                        I went to collect my DL from driving institute but i was informed that there is printing issue, hence smart card could not be done.Today once again i went to collect my card, once again i got the same reply from driving institute.Pls intervene to resolve the issue.

                          Sir I paid for my DL correction in Barasat rto but I have done everything but license printing every time saying that the printer is not working
                          But no sir they are lying I went to rto four times in a month a total of always saying the printer machine is not working
                          But the last time I went to rto, an employee told me that the machine was not working. But He said give me 200 rupees then I will print your license today

                              Hi Sir, I'm in deep trouble coz my PUC is expiring on Sept 18 2021.

                              1. My car KA03MV3248 is registered with Bangalore East RTO.
                              2. I'm now in Kerala and while trying to take PUC the vahan.parivahan.gov.in website says "REGISTRATION NUMBER MORE THAN 1 RTO, PLEASE CONTACT RTO OFFICE"
                              3. I cannot travel to Karnataka before Oct 31 due to covid restrictions placed by the govt.
                              4. I have dropped an email to the RTO [protected]@nic.in requesting for help

                              Please help me guide with a solution

                                    I have registered for Learners license couple of days ago through my adhaar card, But after completing all the process after face verification, due to technical issue of the website it takes me back again to the login page. It happened several times and now i have exhausted all the face verification attempts. Do look into the matter asap as i have paid the fee

                                      Sir,
                                      I atul singh training from Gorakhpur to delhi by krishna bus service bus no UP 22 AT 3855
                                      The staff are not followed the social distancing during whole trip. They force to sit four people on two sleeper seat and also force people to sit on ground. The behaviour of staff is bad.
