I applied online two wheeler Learning License MH 25 RTO Osmanabad on 20 July 2021 and same day I was passed test online.My application no. [protected].

But still I have not got license.

RTO Osmanabad is not replying any mails and there is not any landline no working.

In india legal age for driving should be 16 like the United States . 16 year olds are matured enough to drive a car and government should take a driving test of everyone but the rto is so corrupted that they just take extra money for having people skil the tes

Sir aaj mera Nalanda DTO office (Bihar) me learner licence ka exam tha main apne saath sabhi documents le gaya tha jo wahan pe chahie tha lekin phir bhi Counter number 4 pe mujhe kaha gaya aap medical certificate dijie ya koi doctor ka muhar aur signature
Main bahut pareshan ho gaya tha kiyonki main aaj hee aaya tha kolkata se woh bhi sirf learner test ke liye
Main office se bahar aakar puchhne laga logo se to ek cyber cafe wala bola mujhe kiya problem hai mine apna issue bataya unhe to unhone kaha ki main Dr ka muhar lagwa dunga to main bola thik hai
Kiyonki sir main sirf essi exam ke liye aaya tha muhar ke badle mujhe 200 dena pada yeh to khair ho gaya

Lekin sir jo aur log aaye huye the unke paas aisa koi certificate ya muhar nahi aur mujhe thodi na pata ki ye zaroori bhi hai

Woh log ka documents counter number 4 wale sir aasani se verify kar diye the
To mujhe pata chala ki esme bade adhikari se lakar sab mile huye hain
Woh mera document ist time esliye verify nhi kiye kiyonki main apna khud se apply kiya tha esliye woh mujhe medical certificate ka bahana dekar mujhe physically aur mentally torture kr rhe the

Jabki aur log ka aisa kuchh nahi tha kiyonki woh log agent ke through apna licence bnwa rhe the
Aur agent ne mujhe bhi offer kiya tha 6500 me 2+4 wheeler bn jayega aur bhi DL ghar pahuncha denge 2 months me

Jab main learner ka exam deke aaya to main pariwahn help me call karke puchha ki leraner ka time kaunsa document le jana hota hai
To woh bataye ko online kiye ho woh sab aur adhar pan blood group
Phir main puchha Dr ka medical to woh bole jinaka age 40+ hota hai uska woh certificate lagta hai to main bola mujhse bhi Dr ka certificate manga gaya tha to woh bole aisa kuchh nahi

Aaplog hee batayie main khud apna online licence ke liye apply apna slot book kiya exam diya sab apni badolat phir aaplog ke govt employee mere saath galat kiya
Mujhe to thodi der baad realized hua ki woh Dr ka muhar to ek bahana tha woh indirectly rishwat mang rhe the mujhse
Unke waja se mera 200 ka nuqsaan ho gaya ek muhar ke liye jo ki zaroori bhi nahi tha

Main experience bataya hun aajka DTO office me jo kaam karte hain aur wahan aaspaas jo cyber dukan sab mile huye hain woh log pisa ziyada lekr sabka licence bnwate hain woh bhi bina trial ka
Woh to acha hai ki exam online ho jata hai nahi to usme bhi yeh log dhandli karte

I booked my DL slot for 23 Aug 2021 but that day Uttar Pradesh was closed due to Ex. CM Kalyan Singh's death. and my next slot not given by automatic transfer.

Now, I'm trying to book my slot for driving license test again by myself. But when proceed to select a slot "Slots are not available for next number of days". My Learner License is about to expire on 30th September 2021.Only 25 days left from today.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied for learning licence on 21.06.2021 through sarthi parivahan side, its a Aadhar Authentication Process, No need to visit RTO office, also i had pass online test, But still i dont received learning licence number,
Please Help me to solve this...

I was issued a license in 2012 from RTO Gorakhpur (UP53) since I needed to apply for renewal I had to submit a request with application number[protected] for backlog entry. But even after submitting that request, it is still pending and this is the reason I am not able to apply for renewal. Please support.

I am holder of DL No. DL[protected] which expired on February, 2021. I applied online for renewal of DL (application no. [protected]). Online status showing as "Approved & Under Printing".

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am holder of DL No. DL[protected] which expired on 5 Sept, 2021. I applied online for renewal of DL and received confirmation of approval of my application No.[protected], on 3 July, 2021 through SMS. Since then the status of my DL is showing as 'under printing' only.

My concern is that since my DL has expired now and there is hardly any hope that my renewed DL will be coming soon, should...

I had given request for removal of hypothication & printing of new RC card. The request was submitted to K R Puram RTO Bangalore on 3rd of August 2021. The office gave me the acknowledgement copy as well, but till date I havent got my new RC card.

If i check the details online on Vahan portal, the status still shows verification pending. I have submitted all the possible documents request by the RTO officer.

My vehicle number in KA53HH1368.

Please could you resolve the issue at the earliest possible with solution of getting my new RC card printed & dispatched to my address.

I have paid the fee to book a slot for my DL test. It, however, displays that the slots are not defined. The RTO of my jurisdiction is Zonal Office, East Zone, Surajmal Vihar. Refer to the attached image.

Please revert promptly as my LL expires in 26 days....

I have been challaned extra for insurance vechile noOD05AT9114

Vechile no OD05AT9114 was challened extra for insurance though I have insurance

Make and model for my vehicle (HR47 BT 1635) is shown as "Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire" instead of "Maruti Suzuki Wagon R". Chassi No. MA3EED81S00935133 Engine No. F10DN4760066 . I had an accident and my car was declared as total loss. I applied insurance company for claim but they said that the make and model is incorrect on the RTO website. It should be Wagon R and not Swift Dezire. Please update it as soon as possible. I am uploading a copy of my insurance policy.

I m Leaving at Virar east Manvel Pada Road, Near 90 feet & RJ signal.Where in peak hours at signal so many vehicles are crowded and mostly Ambulance, Luxury Buses are mostly high horning at signal therfor we are suffering and too hard.
So please make some arrangement for that or put SILENCE ZONE.

RJ18PB0130 which is running on rong rute. Which departs from Chirawa at 6.50 am which goes to Sultana, Chanana, Barau, Chawra to Guda. Then after walking back from it at 10.30 pm, it reaches Chirwa via the same route.
Kindly take immediate action against its operator.

It has been more than a month since I have paid the fees for the issue of my permanent driving licence, but still under my application it is mention scrutiny (Proof of verification of documents).I don't know why they are not resolving the matter and I'm in a very tense situation .So, kindly help me.

I got a link of my LL test from RTO that I have to appear Online . Once I tried login, after successful face authentication, when I clicked on “proceed” and put the pin it said invalid and after some tries it says
" YOU HAVE CROSSED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FACE AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS. KINDLY CONTACT RTO AUTHORITY"
Please resolve this.
