Make and model for my vehicle (HR47 BT 1635) is shown as "Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire" instead of "Maruti Suzuki Wagon R". Chassi No. MA3EED81S00935133 Engine No. F10DN4760066 . I had an accident and my car was declared as total loss. I applied insurance company for claim but they said that the make and model is incorrect on the RTO website. It should be Wagon R and not Swift Dezire. Please update it as soon as possible. I am uploading a copy of my insurance policy.

    I m Leaving at Virar east Manvel Pada Road, Near 90 feet & RJ signal.Where in peak hours at signal so many vehicles are crowded and mostly Ambulance, Luxury Buses are mostly high horning at signal therfor we are suffering and too hard.
    So please make some arrangement for that or put SILENCE ZONE.

      RJ18PB0130 which is running on rong rute. Which departs from Chirawa at 6.50 am which goes to Sultana, Chanana, Barau, Chawra to Guda. Then after walking back from it at 10.30 pm, it reaches Chirwa via the same route.
      Kindly take immediate action against its operator.

          Face authentication problem

          Hi,
          I got a link of my LL test from RTO that I have to appear Online . Once I tried login, after successful face authentication, when I clicked on “proceed” and put the pin it said invalid and after some tries it says
          " YOU HAVE CROSSED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FACE AUTHENTICATION ATTEMPTS. KINDLY CONTACT RTO AUTHORITY"
          Please resolve this.

            Dear Team,

            This is issue regarding non-reciept of RC and again duplciate RC - RTO DELHI/Rajouri Garden. They issue and message each time with speed post courier docket details - which is completely non-valid and we are not able to track - as they either fake or not booked.

            My Vehicle registration no -DL10CA7562
            Message as received from RTO/Rajouri Garden /Delhi -
            "RC no.-DL10CA7562 dispatched on[protected]and can be tracked via speed post tracking no.-ED99837155IN.

            This is sencond time my RC tracking no. is invalid always provided my RTO/Rajouri and i am not recieving any RC from the same for unresaonable intention.

              I’d taken an auto from thane to Powai on 3rd sept 2021. The driver had agreed to go to Powai which is why I took it. It was my usual route and I had always paid by the meter and it comes upto 300-305 Rs. this driver of vehicle no. MH 04 JQ 9225 upon reaching Powai demanded an extra 100 Rs. I told him it was the usual route and I have always paid as per the meter but he started arguing that it doesn’t work that way. Moreover when I have him 500 he just returned 100 rs back without any further discussion. None of this was told to me when he started the journey and all of this sone forcefully without any consent from me. He did as he pleased. Kindly take an action regarding this driver. I would be gray. Thank you.

                I am appling for noc but after 2 days my application on hold and reason mentioned all required documents not received through speed post . But i have already e-signed all documents then why i sent a documents through speed post, i attached snap there in which clearly write all docoments e-signed you are not required to submit any documents to rto office .                 While checking the status on Mparivahan it's mentioned original documents not received yet application on hold. However the documents are already delivered to RTO address on 28/09/22.

                  I had applied for learning licence with Aadhaar authentication (e-kyc) after filling details in upload document section it ask me to upload photo id proof so I uploaded it my passport after that paid the fee and all but it is showing me scrutiny - (verification of proof documents) IMVCHAURE I am unable to give the LL test not password is send when I am clicking for resend password nothing is happening not password send to my Aadhaar registered...

                  Like now we can give the dl test at any rto track and after giving when we go to our permanent RTO to submit the documents, they tell us that wait we don't know whether you will get the DL or not. Check after 10 days. And my learning licence is going to expire. So I don't have money and time to waste on this disastrous process of getting a licence.

                    I have sold my vehicle to M.Manohar residing at F2, Friends residency, ayyappanagar, mega township, Vijayawada 520008 in the year 2015 and signed the documents for transfer of ownership but so far he has not transferred and not responding properly to resolve the issue. But now the vehicle was roaming in palamaner, Chittoor district. Please take necessary action and resolve this issue as this vehicle may be used for any illegal activities which was on my name.

                              My application number is [protected]. I was trying to apply for learner's license and completed all the steps. But I got error at the payment step and it got failed. I have talked to the bank and I will get my refund but main issue I'm facing from your side is that I'm unable to make payment again. Whenever I visit the page to pay for my application it shows a message saying 'verifying with the bank, please wait for 30 minutes'. I waited for a whole day and it is same. Please help me with this so that I can make the payment as soon as possible and complete my application and then book a slot.

                                My Driving License was issued from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. I want to renew it in Uttarakhand.

                                On the website of https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in repository, the Driving License is not available since it was manual.

                                I have sent the letter to RTO Indore but it’s still not done.

                                How to get it done?

                                    Hi,

                                    I have submitted an application for the issue of duplicate RC at RTO Pune on 1st September, but my application status still shows that my request has not been inwarded yet.
                                    My application number is MH210831V7621423 and my Vehicle number is MH12RX2769.
                                    As of 2nd September evening, the status is still the same even though I have submitted all the necessary documents at the RTO.
                                    It’s my humble request to the concerned authority to take it into their consideration and complete the process by approving the changes ASAP.
