Hi

My Bike Number is AP39CM0906 . I took My Bike 22 Moths ago.
Still I did not Receive My Bike RC .

Date of Incident: 10th Aug 2021
Application Number: DISPATCH RC Pending against Appl no MH[protected]

Description: I have submitted application for conversion of Vehicle on 10th Aug, and its approved as well.

But Smart card is pending since 10th Aug 2021.

My insurance is getting expired on 11th Sept 2021 and I have to renew it, As my car is converted from commercial to private hard copy of RC is required during renewal of insurance policy.

So request you to please escalate this issue to RTO Vashi so that I can get my RC Smart card before 11th Sept 2021.

I would to raise my issue regarding High Security Number Plate for 4 wheeler. My vehicle maker is not present on m-parivahan portal, for this i raised my issue to concerned car dealer. They mentioned that it is technical issue from RTO for which relevant data has been sent from Car dealer. But no solution has been provided from past 6 month. I got to know that many consumer has been facing such issue while applying for HSRP.

Sir,
My uncle has driving licence.but when he meets a traffic checking post they didn't listened to him and they fined my uncle 5000 for not having proper driving licence while he has driving licence with him. After arguing they told him to go to the regional transport office .my question is can he escape this fined amount after showing his driving licence in the R.T.O.
Plz sir kindly look after this request and help us resolving this.

I, Nisha Narang W/o Late Mr. Vikas Narang R/o West Delhi Janak Puri Wanted to tell you that, on 12/07/2021 a vehicle/Car Polo bearing No. DL8CY1416 taken by Bajaj Finance from outside of the society which is Registered on my husband's name Vikas Narang without any prior. information. He has died due to Corona Virus on November 2020. He is a borrower of a loan vide Loan Account No. 401ZBTEK017098 from bajaj finance, due to the non payment of the said loan the said vehicle was taken in Bajaj finance custody without the presence of mine and information. I wasn't aware about the loan in question and i never received any notice/document on the registered email id of my husband. Earlier i informed the customer care regarding my husband death for the settlement, but failed and did not get any response from their end. I hired an Advocate regarding this matter. Till then i am requesting you to kindly do not change the ownership of my car having no. DL8CY1416.

I have done an online process of removal of hypothecation for my car. There was some issues with the documentation for which I personally visited even during the Covid and did the necessary procedure. Still it hasn't been cleared and there is no status update or RC book recieved. Why do we call it an online process if we have to visit the RTO office and untill and unless you don't pay something extra to agents there the things won't move ahead.

I am Mr. Shaikh Aadil Muzaffar Naseem, i had applied for 2 wheeler (MCWG) and 4 wheeler (LMV) Driving License. My application No:[protected]. At Kalyan RTO (MH05), Kalyan, Maharashtra.
I had passed both the MCWG and LMV Driving Test on 18th June 2021.
Its been more than two month . But still Status is showing as Pending for
1. Approval of DL
2.Printing of DL in form 7
3.Dispatch of DL & PSV badge

I was trying to book an LL test slot from 26th August 2021 with the order of the Maharashtra State Transport Authority the LL test resumed from. Now I have been trying to book an LL test slot at 11AM morning, the time hour for LL slot booking as stated by the Maharashtra State Transport Authority (STA) said on Friday. I have formally submitted every documents, gave the biometeric data in feb, yet application is under process at RTO level.
Its been 7 months, and yet no action has been taken.Its urgent plz issue my DL as soon.

I gave my permanent driving licence test on[protected]. I successfully passed the exam and officer took my learning licence along with DL forms. In Kannada serial Gattimele broadcasting on 31/08/2021in zee kannada at 8.00pm . In serial they arranged a bike racing but all bike rider didn't wore a helmet.

So
Please give a guidelines about bike riding without helmets and car driving without wearing seat belt in serial
