I want to draw your attention towards the malpractices being done with the people who are themselves taking pains for the services from RTO departments on their own.

Now when there is enough digital penetration in the departments, the procedures are been digitalised as well as people are educated enough to get their works done on their own,
The corrupt employees as well as the dalals have...

I sold my car a one and half month ago, which no. is MP21CA5351 whose transfer file i have submitted. which is not transferred yet, don't know why.

please order and ask why are'nt transferring car..

Rto didnot delivered my duplicate license till now, they have started the contactless process but now they are taking a much time..

NO KA18 N1793 And am the RC owner . 1.5 year ago my friend was taken my car for test drive and he told I want this car and He give 10000 rups cash to me and I signed all documents and I give him to my Original RC card to him .then he told I will give you money with in 1 month but He didn't give .then I call him so many times but he not responde .and then 1st Lockdown after 6 months I will meet him and he told I will give you very shortly but now I don't have money so I was thinking friendship is important not money I told him please give my car Back I will give you money or give my money within 1 month then after my family problem so I was come to Chilmanglur and I settled here ... But now I checked RC was not Transferred and my money was also not received ... If he did accident in my car . Car no MH15 DM 8833 Ragister for LPG on 2017 and till date ragistration certificate and RC not received. When enquire reasons from RTO Nashik is Papaers submitted but missplaced from staff.
And after many complaints and enquiry till not received RC.

Hi ...I am Rajinder Kumar Khullar...resident of rupnagar Punjab...I got ny driving licence renewed in 2017...but due to clerical mistake my driving license is not being shown online

I am visiting the local office since April 2021...but everytime the staff says that the person who renewed your license has forgot to submit the data online.

Please suggest me resolution ...also who is responsible if I get challaned due to new e challan system because it is the fault of department not mine

I had Applied for MCWOG, MCWG Learners license on 25/08/2021 it has been over one week and documents are still under verification at the RTO level.
I already have a learner license of LMV but didn't apply for MCWOG, MCWG so I did it after approval of my LMV Learning License because we can't change the class of vehicle after giving the test so basically, I had left only one option to apply for MCWOG, MCWG separately.
but it's been under verification for a long period of time and I didn't even get any updates, I just wanna know how many more days will it take to verify? do I have to visit the concerned RTO office ?

Dear sir, I had applied for driving license in July and Licence was issued and despatched in August first week by EMS number : EN[protected]IN. However the EMS number is untraceable and local post office person is asking me to check with RTO. However RTO person is telling me it is despatched and I need to check with Post office. Kindly advise what needs to be done to retrieve my licence.

Hi.

I have visited RTO office at ITO, Delhi, no one is helping me for the process clearly. I have submitted my all documents and they said to post them on the address. I have done the same but still there is no response.

It's been a long time I am waiting for my RC transfer but it's still pending. Please help me asap.

City tracker distance price is so high between beharbari to beltola tiniali... firstly the they set the price 20 rupees after lockdown and suddenly the as01hc6310 vehicle driver said to me the distance price is increased to 10 rupees last 1month...but i was ride their vehicles same distance in last 1week with same price (20 rupees)...so please see the city tracker line ...

We are facing problems paying RTO taxes through our corporate accounts.
RTO is accepting only payment through the Retail banking category only (as applicable for IDBI Bank), As retail banking is also known as consumer banking or personal banking, this banking provides financial services to individual consumers rather than businesses. ... Services offered by retail banks include checking and savings accounts, mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, and certificates of deposit (CDs). Then, how corporates can pay their owned vehicles taxes through the "Retail Banking" gateway?
As the processing of a payment through Corporate Banking (IDBI Bank) “Payment Gateway” has not been enabled and only retail banking category payment is presently being accepted which is equivalent to the personal banking category can not be possible to pay through a corporate account. Kindly, resolve this issue and enable the corporate banking gateway to make payments.

Dear Sir/Madan,

My name is Ratnesh Kumar, permanent resident of Maharajaganj, Siwan.
I have done my registration and booked the ll test slot for 28th August, 2021 10:30-11:30 am.
As per guidelines I reached here at 10:00 am before 30 minutes but no official are there at any counter.Also support staff told this is a daily things.
I am a engineer by professional, took half day leave for the ll test, time is important for me.

Kindly take necessary action for the same.

I, Saurav Suman have applied for DL in Gaya (Bihar) RTO. I passed the DL test on 04/07/2021. The current status is still showing PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) is PENDING. It is also two months and still I haven't received my DL.
