I am mr. Rahil Shafique Momin, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. Is [protected] at Thane RTO Maharashtra
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 12 July 2021
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application [protected]

RJ[protected] - Challan is against Goods Vehicle with no number plate on NH79.

This has been issued against my vehicle which is personal and belongs to Maharastra. On the date of Challan it was in Maharastra.

Pls rectify the changes.

My vehicle number is DL 2FV 0036 registration date is 05/02/2016.I have paid one time tax for 15years.But in the record of RTO Authority tax paid up to 7th September, 2018.

I have a TVS wego and recently I was notified by one of the police to clear my old due on my vehicle and I was sure I have not violated any rules so I logged into the plural to see if any claim was there against my vehicle and to my surprise I saw a claim of pillion rider not wearing helmet and the location was showing pulakeshi nagar..I immediately checked the uploaded picture and was shocked to see some other vehicle (Suzuki Access) using my vehicle registration number on his vehicle... Can you please urgently look into this

I am zaid Momin my RC book sent was not received at my registered address 207 gunj peth 411042 the post man mentioned wrong name and no on the acknowledgement of post office document my received signature is missing on it.

also the contact no mentioned is wrong.post man in pune name Anil Pandhure.The copy of which was hsoen by swargate pune branch post office team the post has thrown letter and has himself has signed with wrog no on postal document. pl look into the matter this is v serious issue.

I have applied for Hypothecation terminal and Address change on July this year. Till now it showing the "DISPATCH RC Pending against Appl no MH210606V9165094" as all the approval has been done as per the status.
How much more days it take to get delivered to the changed address.

I want to draw your attention towards the malpractices being done with the people who are themselves taking pains for the services from RTO departments on their own.

Now when there is enough digital penetration in the departments, the procedures are been digitalised as well as people are educated enough to get their works done on their own,
The corrupt employees as well as the dalals have come up with the alternate malpractices and have made the procedures cumbersome.

People are getting irritated visiting the RTO offices again and again whereas the people who have applied for the driving licence by paying 3500 rupees to the dalal only visit RTO offices for biometrics whereas rest of the people who appeared for the test are been disqualified abruptly without stating the reasons.

There are no predefined parameters on which the driving test are being conducted and the people are be disqualified massively.
They are on the mercy of the examiner and examiners behave like a god figure.

These people are then told to visit RTO office for reappearance fees and there they are asked for the money to escape the driving licence test or being hopeless they end up giving the money to the dalal or at RTO office to skip the test.

I hereby request you to make the the licence test procedure very much transparent so that people may not get hopeless.

The incident shared here is of RTO office Agra Uttar Pradesh.
But on internet I have come to know that more or less the conditions are same everywhere.

I sold my car a one and half month ago, which no. is MP21CA5351 whose transfer file i have submitted. which is not transferred yet, don't know why.

please order and ask why are'nt transferring car..

NO KA18 N1793 And am the RC owner . 1.5 year ago my friend was taken my car for test drive and he told I want this car and He give 10000 rups cash to me and I signed all documents and I give him to my Original RC card to him .then he told I will give you money with in 1 month but He didn't give .then I call him so many times but he not responde .and then 1st Lockdown after 6 months I will meet him and he told I will give you very shortly but now I don't have money so I was thinking friendship is important not money I told him please give my car Back I will give you money or give my money within 1 month then after my family problem so I was come to Chilmanglur and I settled here ... But now I checked RC was not Transferred and my money was also not received ... If he did accident in my car . Car no MH15 DM 8833 Ragister for LPG on 2017 and till date ragistration certificate and RC not received. When enquire reasons from RTO Nashik is Papaers submitted but missplaced from staff.
And after many complaints and enquiry till not received RC.

Hi ...I am Rajinder Kumar Khullar...resident of rupnagar Punjab...I got ny driving licence renewed in 2017...but due to clerical mistake my driving license is not being shown online

I am visiting the local office since April 2021...but everytime the staff says that the person who renewed your license has forgot to submit the data online.

Please suggest me resolution ...also who is responsible if I get challaned due to new e challan system because it is the fault of department not mine

I had Applied for MCWOG, MCWG Learners license on 25/08/2021 it has been over one week and documents are still under verification at the RTO level.
I already have a learner license of LMV but didn't apply for MCWOG, MCWG so I did it after approval of my LMV Learning License because we can't change the class of vehicle after giving the test so basically, I had left only one option to apply for MCWOG, MCWG separately.
but it's been under verification for a long period of time and I didn't even get any updates, I just wanna know how many more days will it take to verify? do I have to visit the concerned RTO office ?
