Hi,
I got a link today at 9 am from RTO that I have to appear for the Online LL test by today. Once I tried login, after successful face authentication, when I clicked on “proceed”, it showed an error “The client is not registered in RTO”. I tried several times with various web browsers..

    I am trying to give my learning license test online from home after completing the tutorial video but on the website it show that " THE CLIENT IS NOT REGISTERED WITH RTO". I am from Delhi (NorthWest zone)and this service is now started here but due to RTO error I am not able to give exam . Today is last day and for test message is also received today

      Hi,
      I got a link today at 10:39 am from RTO that I have to appear for the Online LL test by today. Once I tried login, after successful face authentication, when I clicked on “proceed”, it showed an error “The client is not registered in RTO”. I tried several times with various web browsers. The error persisted. Note that I only submitted my passport as an address proof, did not submit Aadhar card.

      Please let me know how to resolve.

      same thing happened to me. also, i uploaded. my aadhar card as address proof.

        I received a message that I have to give my LL test by[protected]. After watching the tutorial, I tried authenticating, but it's showing "Client is not registered with RTO". I have tried 2 times, it's repeating again and again.

        Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible as I have to give the test by today i.e.[protected].

          SLOTT - Unable to authenticate and give LL TEST from home

          Hi Team

          I have got my Learning License Test exam link and password which is valid only until today. Post face authentication when I am trying to proceed for the exam it gives me an error that The Client is not registered with the RTO.

          Earlier I was having issues getting the password on phone and tried to contact RTO ROHINI Delhi but no response from them. I have tried calling 1076 for help additionally the customer...

          My application number is [protected].
          I have booked appointment for my learning Test dated 30/10/2021.
          Today I recieved a message in which it was mentioned I'm supposed to give learning Test before 15/08/2021 that is today, even though today is independence day. I applied for test from given link in message but after authentication on webcam it is showing "this client is not registered with RTO" Again and again no matter whatever I do. I've already seen the tutorial video, sample paper & mock test. Even after that its not changing.
          Kindly help me on this issue.

            There are certain transport companies who are operting huge oversize illigal contaonerised vehicles, operating interstate and within maharashtra, loading from Ranjangaon, Tal.Shirur, Dist pune from Companies like LG, HAIER etc.
            Transport companies namely NIZAMUDDIN CARGO CARRIERS, SONY TRANSPORT, PUSHPAK FREIGHT CARRIERS, VAISHNAVI TRANSPORT
            Surprisingly even the RTO department is not checking them and allowing them to ply. The vehicle size is 10.10 ft width, 40 ft lenght and 11 ft height, on chasis bound containers of Vehbtype TATA 1616 ETC. Max size allowed is not more than 34 ft lenght, 8.8 ft widht and 10.2 ft height

              Recently I have applied for learning licence so I have recive one msg that tells your last date of ll test will be in 18/08/2021 today I login for test but there is error you have do maximum attempts by current IP address but I tried to login using another phone but same please solve this issue

                  On 13 Friday 2021, I passed the driving test at DTO SONITPUR, ASSAM and they told me that I passed the exam and asked me to leave. The very next day I visited the online application where i can see my driving license status, there I saw that its showing i failed in the test which is a false result.
                  I hereby asked you to solve my issue.

                      I had applied learning licence on 27 jan 2020 but that time is my appointment reschedule due to covid but last time i visited rohini rto they told me that your lerning test is not proceed from here please visit wazirpur rto after that i visited wazirpur Rto they told me you have to transfer fees rohini rto to wazirpur rto they always wasted my time and giving proper solution they only wasting time i want to refund my money otherwise going to complain in court they misguided me everytime

                      if you change my rto fees so you can do it fast as soon as possible

                      i got massage today for online learning test i proceed my test but there is error is this client is not registerd RTO

                      please reslove soon

                        Dear sir Iam Satya sai from kakinada I had applied my driving license and registration certificate 4 months ago still iam carrying photocopies only I haven't got my original cards till now every state is responsible for delivering the cards except our state.Please take this responsibility and send cards to everyone.

                          I had fill the application form and uploaded my medical certificate, do I need to visit RTO with my documents my application number is [protected].it is showing Please visit the concerned RTO Office with all original documents as you have changed address fields or uploaded Medical Certificate - Form 1A.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Pray all safe!

                              Iam in Dubai, Due to pandemic, iam unable to come India for past 2 years.
                              My driving Licence has expired in 4/05/2019.
                              I checked with local driving institute in Pune. They said that since it’s expired license cannot be renewed. They also said I have to apply for new license., fill forms, give test etc etc.

                              I don’t know what to do now, I am in Dubai right now .
                              Please i request you to kindly renew my driving license as special case, I am also ready to pay necessary fine appilicable.

                              Kindly help!!!
