      Sir, I am VINEET DUA from GURGAON and sold my swift desire ldi to CARS 24 last year on 15/09/2020, sir they have give me sale letter of the car after receiving my car but after 11 months car is still not transferred and saying we have your car in our garage and not sold yet, Sir I have complained so many times regarding it but same answer that car is not sold and in our garage, Sir please help and let me know what action I can take or you can take against them to solve my issue.Waiting for your reply, REGARDS VINEET DUA [protected]

        School Bus MH34A 8406 belongs to Chandrapur Super Thermal Power Station .This vehicle is under Chandrapur RTO (M.S.) and suffered for RTO passing and permit due to pending echallan (1-CR 767661 DT 02.08.2014) shown from RTO Pune.
        This vehicle is purchased from M/S Jaika Motors Chandrapur .Being school Bus this vehicle is utilised for conveyance of school going children from Urjanagar Colony to Chandrapur city only.Vehicle is never utilized out of Chandrapur city.
        Hence Kindly look into the matter and clear the Pune RTO echallan.

          Few days back I went to license office for my learning lisence test. First thing they feel that other people who have come there are fools and uneducated. I was told to get the photo and signature updated on portal. I went to the other counter the person took ₹50 to just update photo and signature. I can back to counter 13 I think it was and they said it is not updated and he shouted on me. That time I felt that they think of themselves that He is the boss there and he said that Hmara man. Karta hai ki thappad laga de jab koi baat nhi sunta. And I kep myself calm because he was elder than me. This is s serious issue that need to be looked into.

              Not able to book slot for LL

              Hi team I hv filled my application on 10th Aug application number is [protected] date of birth 26th apr 2003. Since den I m nt able to book slot. It always says quote is booked for this camp. This is ridiculous if I won't get slot I won't get LL . I can't drive without LL dat will be out of rules. Plz tell me how to get it booked. Called RTO jammu n dey said u hv to do it online dere z no other option bt online everyday its same error. So...

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I am SANKAR KUMAR MONDAL, I have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. Is [protected] at SIWAN RTO, BIHAR.
                  I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 18th JUNE 2021.
                  But till the date its shows status pending for

                    I had successfully registered even uploaded all documents. I received a message with password with todays deadline at 7 pm. I tried logging in the face authentication was successful. But after that I got a message telling you are not registered. It is not even allowing me to take exam and RTO has already taken my money.

                      I am from DELHI and trying to give my learning license test online from home but after authenticating photo when I'm Clicking on Proceed the following error is coming - " THE CLIENT IS NOT REGISTERED WITH RTO".
                      Also, I am not able to contact the RTO Helpline number given on Sarthi Parivahan App ....

                      Sir, I booked a Honda unicorn on 9/8/21, the dealer doesn't show the vehicle before delivering and they dealer give me 5month old manufacture vehicle (DM :April 2021 )and all other dealers are deliver FM:June 2021), please give me a solution for this type cheating and do needfull against the dealer, the dealer is AM honda kondotty

                        This is regarding my driving license renewal request at HSR layout RTO Bangalore (RTO BANGALORE (CENTRAL), KORAMANGALA) . The application number is attached to this. I had gone to the RTO office as per the appointment date on 15 July 2021, and submitted all the documents, paid the fees, and got photographed. I was told that I will be sent the driving license by registered post. It is about one month, and the status on the portal has not changed yet. Can you please look into this matter?

                            I have given the driving test and i passed in both format 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler but because of rto staff behaviour regarding their work they have not updated my results. When i go to authority they just ignoring and not doing anything. So kindly request you to fux my problem.

                              Booked for learner licence vide application no. [protected] on 7.7.2021, ekyc through aadhaar was not mandatory at the time of appointment. Given appointment for LL on 13.8.2021 at 10.15 am at RTO vasant Vihar. As there was no provision of e-sign and it was exempted at that time, I have given alternate no. From 11 August 2021, suddenly faceless interaction was started and those who were not able to get password has to contact RTO. I visited RTO vasant vihar on the day of appointment to get help, no one was there except confused people like me and all are clueless also.. Pls make some provision to do ekyc and change mobile no. as without it nobody can access online faceless learner licence test.

                                This is regarding my driving license renewal request at Kasturi Nagar RTO Bangalore. The application number is [protected]. I had gone to the RTO office as per the appointment date on 15 July 2021, and submitted all the documents, paid the fees, and got photographed. I was told that I will be sent the driving license by registered post. It is about one month, and the status on the portal has not changed yet. I don't know what I need to do to get the license. Without driving license I cannot drive and it is causing lot of difficulties for me. Can you please look into this matter and send my license at the earliest?
