Hi team,

I have purchased my Four wheeler from PALAKSHAPPA in 2017. Now I don't have the contact of this person.

The RC was transferred to my name from Tumkur RTO (KA 06)

But when I check the RC Status in Parivahan, I get below error.

"Vehicle has multiple records in the RTO(s) - KARNATAKA(MADHUGIRI ARTO) & KARNATAKA(TUMKUR RTO). Please contact concerned RTO(s)."

Car details: KA-03 MG4914
Current owner: K Nagaraja Achar
Previous Owner: Palaksha TP

Please check and do the needful to remove active record from KARNATAKA(MADHUGIRI ARTO).

    Hi team,

                Hi Team
                I passed my DL test (2+4 wheeler) and the license was issued as well on 23rd April 2021
                I received my DL number via sms and i am able to generate my DL via m parivahan app, but i am yet to receive the smart card.
                I went to RTO electronic city bengaluru twice and they said they have already sent it via post
                I didnt receive the smart card neither on my permanent address nor on temporary address
                Please help

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      Application no- DL210719X8368532 for Hypothecation Termination applied on 21/07/2021 is pending for many days, request to RTO to please update status and get this approved Faceless/Contactless Hypothecation Termination. I'm seeing we are digital for process simplification but process are delayed when case is at RTO. So please humble request to expedite over this.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I'm still shocked to see still No action Taken even after complaint, is it so Tuff process to get user acknowledged for same? Just to remind you online fee is applicable for 30 days only... so will one have to repay again just because case cannot be processed online, is it so? Very sad affairs at RTO end if even after filing Contactless Application one has to visit RTO Office...

                      I Just want to know what's faceless/contactless means, if still even after uploading documents in DMS you people require physical copy... by this you people are making process complex again, making customer to incur cost in postal services... if any other major document required please make that upload that too in DMS or get that verified by Digilocker... You are having those facility still why Speed Post for document to be submitted?

                        I am visiting RTO office Ahmedabad from last One and Half month for mistake done by RTO in my License renewal process. I am having license of Two Wheeler and four wheeler and after expiry date I have submitted application for renewal. They made a mistake and updated for two wheeler only. For the issue faced by me, I have visited thrice in the month to RTO Office. They have earlier informed that officer having login ID is not available and he is attending commissioner office meeting, without his login detail editing works can not be done so you should come later.
                        In second visit they told that editing work of License is suspended for 10 days. So, you should visit after 10 days.
                        I have visited after 10 days on Wednesday then they told me again that our officer is busy with their daily work schedule and they can not give time for your license editing now. I mate to officer in-charge, after waiting for an hour in a long queue he informed me that you can see how busy I am and I can not do your editing work now and this job can be done on Saturday only.
                        Hence you should come on Saturday between 3:00PM to 5:00PM Only.
                        So, the upcoming visit will be my fourth visit just for simple editing mistake carried out by department itself.

                          Dear sir,
                          I have applied learning License via. Aadhar otp for two wheeler with gear on 20th July 2021 to RTO 25 Osmanabad, my application no. [protected].

                          And I have passed test online on 20th July 2021.

                          I still my application status shows " application under process".

                          RTO still issued Learning License after 8 days of application.

                          I can't go to Osmanabad RTO office because I am in pune. That's why I applied via Aadhar otp online.

                          But have not got learning License.

                          What should I do now?

                            I am a resident of Ludhiana city, Punjabi state.
                            My driving license had to expired on 03.04.2021, so I approached the RTA office Ludhiana where I was advised to get my license updated online first then it would be got renewed. I submitted my application for online updation on 16.03.2021 to Ludhiana RTA office, which application number is [protected], but still after more than 4 months this application is still pending and its status showing in process. I approached the RTA office but every time I was asked to wait more time, but my license got expired on 03.04.2021
                            Now kindly let me know the reason for all this delay.

                              The vechical number:TN 13D 4227 Royal enfiel owner name:vekateshwari.D .this the vechicle which is used by the person in our street which produce high decibel sound which produce noise pollution in our street and it affect persons in our street in health manner and also psychologicaly also affect heart paitent also in our street .we already complaint this police station in nolambur V7 station in mugappair west then they only directed us to complain in RTO so, please consider our complain and take severe action on it
