my name is Akshay Kumar Sahu and I want to transfer ownership of a agriculture tractor.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Transferee of a Vehicle which is registered on Mahasamund Chhattisgarh (CG06) and I want to transfer of RC to me within same DTO,
I am writing you to confirm about vehicle presentation on DTO office.
I just want to know that if the Transferer and Transferee visiting to DTO office with all required documents is still the Vehicle need to present on DTO office?
I contacted to officers on office and agents/broker of outside of office they are asking for bribe worth Rs.4, 000 to Rs. 6, 000. I know the charges of vehicle ownership transfer is about Rs.300 to Rs.2000(maiximum).
I tried to contact Vahan helpline/email but all line are dead.
I can't pay bribe that much and I am unable to reach the office with vehicle because it's Agriculture Tractor and DTO office is far from here about 130 kilometres.
please answer is vehicle to be present on office for ownership/RC transfer? or what should I have to do ahead.

Please reply as soon as possible it will be very helpful for me.

from last 3 days some one parking his car in our company door gate, we are waiting and inquiry, but no one can take belonging this car, so please take the action asap.

I completed all my driving test in end of January. but my apllication is still under rto level. my rto is rto vasai virar. I have send several email but got no response

Above subject mentioned i shivraj kishanrao kadam apply for Learning Licence and it's status pending i have given the exam on 15/06/2021 and its result pass but last 45 days are completed but my licence soft copy not uploaded please do the needful help for upload a licence my application no is [protected]

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

I had passed driving license test on[protected] but have not received license till 27/07/2021

Application no. [protected] dt 28.11.20 for renewal of licence submitted for slot on 19.06.21 . Due to lockdown office was not working hence no progress but we submitted out details with the person from authority as advised by him.
The application was cancelled by us on 20.07.21 as nothing progressed and paid the fees again.
Request for refund of fee to authority .

ही गाडी सगळी कॅश मधे खेतली .पण अजूनही त्या गाडीचा नंबर येत नाहीये. मम्मा मोटार या दुकानातून आम्ही ही गाडी घेटली आहे.त्याचे owner बोलतात lockdown

I have applied for my license renewal, made payment online on 2/20/2021 but still it's stuck in the verification stage.
RTO Location: Alipur RTO, West Bengal

I applied for my Driving License on 21-03-21 and I passed my Driving Test on 06-07-21. My Test Result was uploaded on 08-07-21 and since then my application is stuck at Approval Stage. There's no progress from then. My Application Number is [protected]. Please HELP me.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I'm from Delhi. I have applied for two wheeler driving licence on[protected]RTO Sarai kale Khan). After completing validity of licence (Learning) for 6 months, i applied for DL Test on[protected] and i failed, again I applied for re-test on[protected] and completed the test and submitted retest Fee. Officials said that it will be processed within a week and you will be receiving DL at your address with next 15 days.

But till not i haven't received any confirmation from RTO. Application Number[protected].

I have attached the screenshot of the Progress/status of DL application from Sarathi Web portal. Please look into this matter.

MH08 Ratnagiri Regional Transport office is closed for Driving skill test form 1 may 2021 till even today 26 july 2021. The MH08 Ratnagiri office is only office which has stopped the driving license skill test service while rest of RTO Offices of Maharashtra state are working and providing driving license test. At the ground level it seems that there is no reason for interruption of these services. I want to book the DL test slot but the MH08 Dy.RTo ratnagiri, maharashtra, india is not defining the online slot. hence the services of driving skills are interrupted.

I am V. Ajith Kumar s/o of M.Veluchamy. My father bought a car for a loan in 2017. My father recently passed away on 16.3.2021. I closed the loan of the car, and i need to remove hypothecation. Kindly guide me with the procedure to remove the hypothecation, since I am far away in chennai.
