Online application for Change of Address and IDP was submitted and fees was fully pain online. On visiting RTO, they mentioned that first only Address change needs to be done, only then IDP, for which I have to visit the RTO again. I can not visit again due to travel. They do not have any connection with Online methods, but still work on Pen and Paper work in Digital India. Since making it online will shut down all the agents working, they will never make it online.
However, I need to receive the amount I paid as fees to Parivahan. IT IS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT, I paid Rs.1351 and I am eligible to get it back. The disconnect between the Online services and RTO's should not be a method to penalise the public.
RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Photo and signature and document verification done on 07 Jul 21
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.
