    Hi,
    I have completed my DL driving test 2nd July and status of my Application form is still showing -Printing Of DL in FORM 7 (Smart Card).

      Hi,
      I applied for renewal of my DL in 2020. I completed all formalities, paid my fees and went to RTO to submit my original DL along with other documents in March 2021 (delay happened due to RTO office being shut down due to COVID). I was told in March that my new DL will reach me in 1 month's time. It has been 4 months now but I have not received my new DL. The phone numbers on the website do not work. The current status on website is showing "PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )" - Pending and "DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE" - Pending.

      Not sure why is it taking 4 months to print a DL and send it to my address. Can someone please take note of this issue and provide a response. My details are as under:

                  I have completed all the process of rto for driving licence on 10th March and yet I haven't received the licence which they said to be delivered within 30days the application number is [protected]

                      My vehicle Mahindra Xylo registered in Barasat RTO is showing multiple registrations on record in the mparivahan website.Â

                      Iam hereby attaching the Vehicle RC for ypur information anf immediate necessary action please.

                      Iam not being able to do my pollution or any other vehicle related jobs since my vehicle details dont show up in the government records

                      You are requested to kindly immediately update the record to only one RTO that is Barasat RTO instead of multiple RTO

                        Dear Sir,
                        Greetings for the day.

                        This is regarding my application no "[protected]" for the below contactless services.

                        1. ISSUE INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT
                        2. CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN DL
                        3. ISSUE OF DUPLICATE DL

                        I would like to inform you that the online application for the above request has been completed from my end on 13th June 2021. However, for the last 1 month, the application is under processing at the RTO level.

                        Whenever I check the application status on the Parivahan Sarthi portal it says "Application is under processing at RTO Level."
                        Document Uploaded online. Applicant presence is not required.

                        It is my humble request to kindly look into this and support on priority, if possible. Thanks in advance.

                        Dear Team,
                        Is it possible to update me on the status of my application?

                        I also wrote a mail to Sarthi parivan's customer support team regarding the above issue however got below response from them.

                        "Dear User,
                        Kindly note that NIC provides technical support in design/development and implementation support only.
                        All policy/procedural and operational issues shall be the prerogative of the Transport Dept."

                        Don't know whom to contact to resolve this issue.
                        I even visited the local transport department but they said it's an online application/ contactless application, it will resolve online you don't need to visit. No support from their side.
                        Requesting to please escalate it to the relevant department, if possible.

                          I have a two wheeler motorcycle bearing registration no. DL3SE0006 i.e a ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET 08/2012 MODEL which shows as multiple registration for the same registration number in different RTOs i.e SOUTH DELHI and MALL ROAD for which I had also served requesting applications physically twice at the MALL ROAD RTO but haven't received any reply from the RTO.
                          Due to the same reason I am even not able to drive my vehicle on the roads as I'm unable to obtain a PUC for the same vehicle as it does not allow them to feed details as they are obtained from the RTO directly which shows MULTIPLE RECORDS.
                          I have also attached my Registration Certificate and the screenshot of Parivahan app showing multiple records.

                            Hi Sir/Mam

                            I am writing this complaint with regards to my Access scooter bought in April 13 2021 from Shiv Suzuki located in Telco Road, Chinchwad, Pune -411019 through their sub dealer Goodwin Suzuki however the scooter is still not placed for R.T.O passing. I am constantly pursuing to place my scooter for registration however the staff is delaying the process as they are lacking co-ordination within main and sub dealer.

                                  My Car ALTO LXI GREEN Model year 2010. My father had purchase this car in October 2010.
                                  The RTO registration copy i am attaching in this complaint. Now my Car is Company fitted CNG version from Maruti Suzuki.
                                  But recently updated details of my CAR number showing only PETROL not Petrol/CNG.

                                  Because of This i cant be able to do my PUC for CNG. Kindly help me in this. My car was registered in BHARUCH - RTO department in 2010. But i am no more staying in bharuch city.

                                  My current address is Vadodara City.
                                  My car was registered under CNG/Petrol version. Then who had made the mistake in the updatation of my Car data on your portal? RTO had done mistake and now they are asking a money to correct it. Is this their way of earning from Consumer?

                                  I have attached the registration paper i got when i had registred my car in RTO. On my Smart Card RC also CNG/Petrol Writter.
