I have apply for learning liscence application no [protected] dated 18/6/2021. And got date of appointment 12/07/2021. I am waiting from 2.pm for exam for learning liscence but here the staff saying internet is not working and will not work at 4.35 pm. And i have to take new date and come again..
So what kind of system is going on its absolutely very bad way of work.

there is a mistake in delivery of my driving liscence and that is department fill wrong pincode the filled 226001 instead of 281004. but right address in my dL consignment in result of that my driving licence returned back to you. i filled right addrss and pincode in application form and in proof of that you can check my driving liscence.
so i kindly request you to redispatch my driving liscence.because this is the mistake of your department not mine. and also your helpline is not helping me they are blaming me and remeber that I can sue you for that mistake very easily . if not solved
so please help me.

he did not try to resolve my problem as that this was his duty.he was very rude.

Since then i have not received any information from them and the status shown "Application is under processing at RTO Level" at Counter RTOAUTH1.

As my bike was stolen, I raised request to transfer my RC "DL5SAW9033" to my insurance company ie. "National Insurance Company Ltd". I made all payment and submitted documents. Now RC is transferred to "Tata AIG General Insurance" .
I have all supporting document to prove it. My original RC and other copies are with transport department.

I want RC to be transferred in the name of "National Insurance Company Ltd".

I am Amartya Raj, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. [protected] at Samastipur RTO, Samastipur, Bihar, 848101.
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test with very good way as my test score is also added.
But even till the date its shows status pending for :-
1) APPROVAL OF DL
2) PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) &
3) DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application [protected] so that i can get my dl approved and delivered fastly.

Updated by amartya raj THANKS TO COUNSUMER COMPLAINTS for doing this much help as of today the driving license is approved but the remaining two state i.e.
PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) &
DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE
is still pending and also there is one problem that i am unable to download my driving license!
So please help me with this!
As when i try to download my license i got this error message that i am attaching in the image below.
