Respected Sir/Madam, I had purchased a new car on 08 Apr 2021, due to covid 19 pandemic and crisis in the second wave and due to lockdown done by UP goverment, RTO kanpur has charged 6900 rs as fine as my registration was delayed I am serving in Indian Armed Forces, is this fine is justified because the lockdown was initiated by state government not by me, kindly look in the matter...

I applied for DL in January 2021 from Punjab and completed my Driving License tests on 7th April 2021. I passed all the tests at RTA Jalandhar where I was told, I will receive a message within 2-3 working days and also my DL within 1 month. But it’s more than 2 months, I haven’t received either a message from your side or my DL. Whenever I track my application status on sarathi website, it shows approval of DL is pending and it’s same...

I had submitted the online application along with required fee on 03/05/2021. But till now the application status is "Scrutiny- Document Verification" at RTO Level. Counter assigned is Mr. Rajesh.
As per website instructions "This is faceless/contactless application, no need to visit RTO / MLO office."...

My driving license applicaton has been approved 8 months back but still my card is not printed and i didn't recevied my driving license it has been 8 months. so please, look into my issue....

I have appeared and passed the DL test on 13/04/2021 in Haldia RTO (L.A. HALDIA-WB32), West Bengal. At that time it was declared that I passed the test and within 8-10 days you may get the DL. But till now I don't get the same. I visited several times to the office but they don't care. Till the status is showing pending....

I have appeared and passed the DL test on 05/05/2021 in Barasat RTO, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, however in the Sarathi portal it is still showing me the status as "Pending".
