      Sir I pass dl test on 18/06/21

      And my dl approved on 25/06/21

      But currently my dl smart card form7
      Not printed it's showing in pending

      I really need urgent for work, and I don't want to traffic police make me trouble

      I request please make it completely printed, so my dl will dispatch. Please sir help me

        My name is Meraz Alam S/O: Abdul Razak.
        I purchased my Second hand bike last year 25 May 2020 and the same time i did applied for bike RC, i have started checking on M-PARIVAHAN after 1 month Bike transferred showing on my name, then i have started to check the RC Card delivery at my home, but still could not receive my card at my address. when i asking to my post office person, he is not responding, even i have visited several times in post office but still i am not getting my RC card.

        My Bike Detail as follows

            On 5th march 2021 I had submitted a Hypothecation Termination Request with RTO Surajmal Vihar Delhi with Request number DL210305X6535640 where all the required original docs like original NOC from the Financer bank and Form-35 were also sent to them via Speed Post tracking number# EU[protected]IN which was succeessfully delivered on 11th March 2021 to the RTO. The application is on hold from the past 3 months without any proper justification behind the hold.

              This is to inform you that my Learnig licence was expired last month in june and I am trying since last more than 25 days do apply for Dl but there are no slot available also they are not accepting any payment and customer care are not responding as I hv tried many times but no one is responding.. I have been charged so many times for this at traffic checking but will not bear any charges as I am not responsible for that..i cant leave my job and i am having learning licence but date expired last month and not able to receiv any proper support from RTO office I have also mail to RTO team but they asked for my DOB and appontment no which i have shared on mail but not getting any proper solution

                      The above mentioned vehicle of TN50 AD6372 Maruti Shift car made repeated accident for last one month and we have raised complaint with FIR filed for that vehicle no. in Nannilam police station.

                      They did accident last week also.

                      They don't have FC, Insurance and also no driving licence with drink and drive. Refer attached evidence.

                      They are frequently changed the number plate from white board to yellow board and yellow board to white board during accident.

                      And there is no proper maintenance of tyres, refer attached videos and photos.

                        I have went to the RTO office for LLR confirmation. To get the sign from inspector I have gone through his cabin by wearing a short. The inspector had talked rudely with me that go and come without dress so that we all can see. Is this the way an inspector talk to the people. As wearing a short is my mistake and he needs to tell me in a polite way. He talked to me rudely.
                        Hope you take action against him.

                          Sir today I went to Janakpuri RTO for my learning licence test and there I had a problem that I was having all the documents and I was about to give the test just after 2 minutes but I'd forgotten my birth certificate at home so I am sorry for this mistake but I tried to convince her many times our wait for 15 minutes I will bring my but is it from my home I will be remembered certificate from my home but they did not listen y and said that we are not an Empty person

                          This is not fine, . You should increase rto timing from 9to 5pm but it is only 9 to 1p.m
