Respected Authority,
I have appeared and passed the DL test on 13/04/2021 in Haldia RTO (L.A. HALDIA-WB32), West Bengal. At that time it was declared that I passed the test and within 8-10 days you may get the DL. But till now I don't get the same. I visited several times to the office but they don't care. Till the status is showing pending.

I have appeared for DL Test on 21st April, 2021 and successfully completed the test. Also, I have paid the amount of Rs 720 towards the RTO for the same. This is reflected in portal (as shown in the attachments).

However, I have not received the DL as the status of ISSUE OF DRIVING LICENCE is NOT updated.

It has been nearly about 40 days since we have heard from the office.
Can you please help me in getting my DL?

I have been fined rupees 500/- for expired PUC. I paid the amount as I had to rush to hospital to attend my relative. However, upon returning I asked the officials that why the fine amount where the trasport minister has provided extension for expired documents till 30th June, 2021.
The officer didn't had answer and moreover the officer was unaware of the circular.

I want to sue Surat City RTO and want compensation of rupees 50000/- for harassing the civilians.

I am not the only one who is fined. If you find the receipt book then you'll be able to find multiple incorrect fines which shouldn't be in place at first.

Looking forward for your cooperation on this else I would have to believe that the entire system is corrupt and there are a lot of irregularities in collecting fine from innocent civilians.

I booked the Permanent Driving License Slot and given the driving test on 10/3/2021 and I got My DL approval after near about 3 months on 11/05/2021. From the date of approval my license is still under Printing Form. whenever I visit the RTO, JALANDHAR, PUNJAB over there the staff say we cannot help you out with this the staff is so rude. its already been near about 5 and half months still I have not got my license. This process takes usually maximum 2 months but I dont' know why they are delaying.
So I would request to the concerned authorities to take the action and help me to get my Driving License as soon as possible. For Further information please check the Screenshots.

I had applied for the renewal of Driving Licence on 24th Apr 2021 (all formalities completed and uploaded), however the status of the application is stuck at "Application is under processing at RTO Level" since then.
