Myself is Sanjay Moulik. I have given a test for LL (for MCWG, LMV) on[protected] with application number [protected]. All the stages have been completed (including the test) but I am seeing the application status as "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" till today i.e.[protected]. The concerned DTO office is Kamrup-Rural, Guwahati, Assam.

Kindly resolve the issue.

    I have applied for my Learning License on[protected] but I haven't received my learning license yet
    And 15 days is already crossed
    And also I'm unable to contact to the DTO Office Patna
    They are not responding to my emails also
    Kindly do my help regarding this

      I appeared for two wheeler dl test on 30th march on Virar RTO and till now its been more than 1 month i have not received my DL. The application process is stucked at approval of DL. I just want to know that in how many days will i receive my DL and my application will get approved. Since i have submitted all the required documents to the respective officer. My application no. Is[protected]. I hope you will look into the matter as soon as possible and will let me know about the same

          Hi,

          I have completed my driving licence test on 26th April, 2021 but status still shows as "Application is under processing at RTO Level"
          For the application processing stage "RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST".

          Can you please help me with some progress on this? I was told I will receive a message soon but have not got any on this.

          I had applied for the renewal of Driving Licence on 24th Apr 2021 (all formalities completed and uploaded), however the status of the application is stuck at "Application is under processing at RTO Level" since then.

          Please help as there is absolutely no response or update on the same.

              Sir,
              I Dillip Kumar Behera has applied for the driving license in Deogarh rto, Odisha.My application no [protected] and DOB[protected] Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable.

                DL Service not enabled at this RTO error

                I have payed my dl fees but still couldn't book a slot. The error is as follows: service not enabled for your RTO. Please help me in resolving this issue. 5 months are already passed. Please help, otherwise my LL would be cancelled.

                Sanjay Nagpal RTO Agent Ghaziabad (99711187855) is neither returning my original RC nor completing the RC transfer process

                Address: Delhi

                Sanjay Nagpal (Image attached) who works as an RTO agent in Ghaziabad and has multiple companies registered under him like Sanish Enterprises, A onePassport Service) is a fraud who has duped me into giving him 7500 rupees for RC transfer process and has gone missing.
                My application no (attached) is DL210103X0778548. Transaction No/ Receipt No - DL210107X9111570.
                I contacted him and started the process in December 2020 and...

                Hi, i gave the application of learner license for bike and 4 wheeler on 6nd february 2021.
                This is with the delhi janakpuri rto when i go their due to covid lockdown the rto remain closed on test day what i do now .
                However its still stuck on Scrutiny Document verificiation stage (its been more than 30 days now ). I have been checking the status regularly, but doesnot change at all.
                Please help me if you know what steps can be taken this to expedite it asap

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I am mr. mareppa bole i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) an driving license, my application no. Is [protected] at kr puram rto, bangalore
                  I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 19th march 2021.
                  But till the date its shows status pending for
                  1) approval of dl
                  2) printing of dl in form 7 &
                  3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

                    I gave DL Test on 23/03/2021 which was pending till 30/04/2021 for its approval.
                    And now when it got approved at RTA LEVEL on 30/04/2021 it still pending for printing of DL.

                    I just want to know how many days it will take . According to MoRTH DL take only 30 days but in my turn it got approved after 40 days of my test and is still pending for printing.

                    The guys who apply through agent get their DL in just 20-25 days(corruption).
                    and for me I guess it will take 1 year.

                        My driving was already approved on 12 january 2021. Since january, the slot is showing pending. I already visited my City RTO office many time but they always after some day u will get ur dl smart card. I dont knw what is the prbolem, but it showing the incompency of parivhan ministry. I am already paid for every services they are given, but what is the issue! I don't know. Please solve my issue as soon as possible and do some action.

                            I have issued my LMV license in September 2020, then I booked a slot on 20 February and passed it successfully...till then I didn't get my license. I tried to know from RTO but they told me that it is pending approval and they took my application number and DOB but it has a month now I don't receive any update regarding that.

                            please help me because it has been 3 months since I have passed the test.

                              I applied for the learning license on 21 january 2021 and i gave the test on 25th of jan and i failed i again applied for the test and it was scheduled on 18 february and i passed then But My approval has been pending from 18 February and it is 28 april now also i went to the concerned office and the mam gave another address which i did not understood, I hope you will seek to this issue as soon as possible.

                                    Mr Hazra, Officer Nontechnical misguided me saying that NOC for removal of hypothetication need to be reverified from financer and I need to again ho bak and get it signed . Fact was since they dont want to take pain they are forcing CUSTOMERs to go and get it verified from financer. When i opposed he said go and do watever u want. I tried to complain5 but all are ### .. simply expecting bribes ..
