I am shivam bansal,

I have completed all the stages for driving licence. In about a month i received message that my driving licence is active. But the smart card is not yet printed or delivered. In application status it says allotment information unavailable.
Please look into this issue

I am standing at counter no. 34 of RTO Navi Mumbai to get my original documents verified for learners permit. The employee who is scheduled to open the counter by 9 am has not even reported to work at 10:00 a.m.
This is complete disrespect of everyone’s time. In queue are people who have jobs and will go through a pay cut because of later reporting which is actually not even their mistake. There are college students who have missed their sessions because they were counting on this work getting done soon

My car hasn't fitted with speed limit device.the device do fittes one centre in my state ..my district is not under that center..how can i install .the centre has allowed only 2 districts..motor vehicle inspector has no knowledge where to install very often said to me asked for the device..my question is how n where from get the device..rto office has not any reasonable answer n get red off from their responsibility..i have got a big trouble ..where can i lodge complaint n get solution.. officer is a very rude behaviour person

I beg to state that I am utmost disappointed with the service provided for DL renewal. I received the renew DL by indiapost today. I have already shared my address proof which was supposed to be printed on DL while process for renewal but due to the fault and negligence of respective authority, my address printed and saved on database wrongly. I can't see any dispatch tracking number for my driving license, i have seen in many people case post office don't deliver it and then we have to go back and collect it again from RTO office. So please help me to provide the dispatch number so atleast incan track it.

My name is Haider Abbas Mirza and I am from Mumbai.
I had given the driving test on 5th March and got passed. The officer said that Licence will get delivered in a month.
But they haven't proceeded with my paper work yet because I had done everything online by myself and without any agent dur to which they are delaying my Driving Licence.

It's been almost 2 months my DL address change application is not accepted. I applied it on[protected] and it is still under scrutiny. Application no is:[protected]
Also, previously I applied for the same reason but I discarded the application after realising I filled incorrect RTO in the text field. But I didn't get my refund back. It was also mentioned in the dialogue box in the website. That the amount will be refunded only if the application is not accepted. And I discarded it in the right time before it was accepted, when it was in the pending status

Please help me. I request you to look into my both complaints I mentioned above.
