I, Krishan Kumar have lost my driving License on the 3rd of March 2021. I have prepared documents and submit them online with the application number "[protected]" for duplicate license and also visit the RTO office to submit the hard copy on the 10th of March. Its been a month since the status of my application is showing APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL is pending.

Ive not applied for the dl i got my llr a month ago and now that i want to apply for a dl it is showing that i already applied for a dl. im unable to apply fir my licence.

Hi, today i have went to rto office (thiruvanmyur) chennai regarding loan NOC for my car, i have asked an officer inside what are all the formalities for submitting NOC, but he asked to meet the broker who was standing outside, Broker asked me Rs:1800 for submmitting noc, even though i have all my documents, i was forced to pay the bribe amount of Rs : 1200 for getting noc, even though if we have proper documents but the Rto officers are asking us to meet the broker, these officers should be suspended.

On the payment page, I filled up every required details then hit calculate fees and i selected sbi as the payment gateway to process the payment.
Due to internet network issue, the payment was not completed.
Now ever time I try to process the payment it says ' "application is verifying with bank, please press ok to continue"
After pressing it doesn't show the payment page, it redirects me to the "Payment Status Verification" page, I fill up all the info there and press verify, it asks to click on the payment status, once I click it gives the following feedback "Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office"

I tried after 1 hr, it still showing the same feedback, its not allowing me to enter the payment information to process the payment.

Please let me know, how to fix this issue.

I am Mohit Agrawal from Bangalore, I have applied for my driving license and have completed all the process in RTO Kasturinagar on 16/03/2021. The document verifications were completed and I have submitted my file in the RTO.

I have applied for learner licence in Arto Kupwara jk. And has completed the all formalities including exam. And scrutinyis completed still not receivedany approval from authorities.I went to arto office and no one is able to hear.my application no is [protected]

It has been more than 30 days now since I submitted my file for Change of name in DL and scrutiny had been done. but still it is pending from ARTO end for final approval as I had visited 5 times and called them several times and they are not responding properly. kindly help!!!

I have given my track test on 3/03/2021 and till date the approval of dl is showing pending my application no is [protected] it almost more than 1 month I have not got my dl so pls look into the issue as soon as possible

Sir as i have earlier mentioned in a complaint that i have passed exam of learners liecence on 26march and complete all document verification. From 26th march i have visited 7times the Office of Rto pulwama by nothing happens. Please tell me what is my fault why they have not approved it.why it shows download pending.

My driving license got issued on 6th march 2021. but after that it did not get printed on smart card and hence not dispatched yet for delivery. I applied in RTO muzaffarpur, bihar. My DL number is BR06 [protected].

My name is Gurmat Singh Aulakh. I have applied for the address update in driving license in RTO Bagha Purana, Punjab. My application Number is [protected].
I applied for an address update in my DL 3 months ago. At first, the RTO Authority didn't approve my application for more than 2.5 months simply because i didn't pay them extra than the required fee for my application. Then i wrote a letter to DC office of my district and then they approved my application within few hours after my submission of complaint to the DC office.
Now, the printing of my DL has been completed an 1 week ago on 01/04/20201.

Now, at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge; the counter is showing that allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is unavailable since 01/04/2021

Dear RTO Central Authority, i will be very grateful to hear from you regarding my issue.

In the last, 1 suggestion i want to make to you for review is that please try to make 1 system for maximum DL services like application approval, Printing, Dispatch etc. as same as UIDAI Aadhar.
It will reduce this kind of corruption happens at local RTO level as in my case. Seriously, it will really make good change in system if it will happened as same as UIDAI Aadhar.

Sir,
I had given my driving license test on[protected]. I passed the test and my driving license smart card has been printed and dispatched on[protected]. It has been 12 days since dispatched but I didn't got any tracking no nor dispatch no. I would be grateful if you kindly look into the matter.

Hello Sir,

I had applied for the additional endorsement in my DL under RTO Jammu. My DL Application Number is[protected]. After completing all the required formalities, I had given the try for LMV on[protected] and cleared the test but the status is still not updated on the site.

Please help.
