Dear sir,
I am Swapnil Goutam, I have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. Is[protected] at RTO Dumka, Jharkhand
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 19 th march 2021.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application[protected]

    I had purchased a Yamaha FZ V3 from Subham Yamaha in July 2020 bearing registration number WB 40AQ 6796 but till date not received the RC copy.Whenever we approach the dealer we are returned by saying it is pending at RTO level.kindly despatch it quickly as vehicles bought after that date also RC already received.

      Hi Team,

      Following licence (Application number[protected] is still awaiting.
      I have applied for 4 wheeler licence and i have already passed the test. I have passed test on 18th Feb 2021 and the result updated on 20th Fb 2021. Still i have not received the licence. Request your help on the same.

      I have made complaint on PGPOrtal still no action is take.

        Hi

        I have not received my renewed driving license.
        My application number is[protected].
        My Photo capture was done on 19th Feb 2021 at RTO Electronic City (KA-51) and DL was printed on 2 March 2021.

        Kindly help.

        The DL was dispatched on time but as the speed post number was not available, I was not able to track the status. I have received my DL, this complaint can be resolved. Thanks!

          Respected authority. On 6/02/2021 I applied for Duplicate Licence which application number is [protected] and my D.O.B. is 12/11/1987, but after passing more than 50 days no any further transaction perform by RTO Dumka Jharkhand neither I receive my new Driving Licence.
          Please look after this matter for this I am always thankful to you.

            On the payments page for driver's license, I entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of Rs.230. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

            Now every time I try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
            "Application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

            After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

            Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                  DL still not delivered after 1.5 months

                  DL not delivered even after 1.5 months, Went to rto to check, they had it but didn't give it to me saying it will come only by post. Gave them a second stamped envelope, they said it will come in 1-2 days, it didn't arrive till now. Please help me with this....

                  Hi - I have contacted the RTO help line email address but all i get to hear from them is to contact my local RTO. When I contact my local RTO they tend to not know what I am talking about or simply behave as if they do not exist.

                  Sometimes you have to make the Durgapur RTO employees understand that they work for the RTO and motivate them and make them believe that they exist.

                  I passed my driving license test on February 24th 2021- The portal says approval pending. I need the license for purposes related to my work. Or even the approval on the portal and I will download the license online.

                    I have applied for permanent driving license and passed the driving test from Kasba ARTO, Kolkata. My Application Number is [protected]. My driving license generated on 10/03/2021. But still now my driving license not dispatched, it is on pending state, not yet printed.

                      Dear sir,
                      I want to inform you about my license yet not received. I tarun sharma S/O Sushil Sharma, residence of village ghiala (145101) pathankot. After giving vehicle trial RTO department's staff member said me, your license will be delivered within minimum 12 days Or maximum 1 month, but approximately Giving 2 months expired trials. Before, agent used to give me happy console, as if your license will be delivered in this week, doing approximately 1 month else is about to complete. At last, he told me, he does not even know about the license being delivered. It's humble request to provide my license as soon as possible. Because of it I have cancelled for somewhere going...

                        Today i tested my driving skills at RTO office and did everything as well but they faild me. They are only giving Pass to peoples who ready to give them 1000 rupees. If anyone want to pass driving skill then he/she must hier a DALAL. There are many Dalal at that place who ready to pass you at Cost of 1000 to 1500.

                          Hello,

                          My Application number is:[[protected]], I have cleared the LL test at RTO Lohgarh road, Zirakpur, Punjab on 15th Feb 2021.
                          its been more than five weeks still waiting for my learner license to arrive. I have checked it online on 03/03/2021 and they put it my documents in under pending and on same date i have update documents again but today when i check online, it says :Pending at RTOAUTH1. Why it is taking so long to approve the documents, it should have been deliver within a 2weeks.
                          I have tried calling RTO office also, but they don't proper answer.
                          Please suggest what next step I should do.

                            I have completed all the steps successfully from my nearest ghatal RTO office. My application number is [protected]. My driving licence generated on 19/2/21 which is WB[protected] and also printed on 22/2/21. But till now my driving license is not dispatched i.e I have not received my physical driving license. I have visited RTO but they are not responding. As per my knowledge my driving licence is holding on deskperson debulal chattopadhaya. My speed post till in pending status. Now I am facing lot of problem. Forgive me for lodging complain. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

                              My learners license has expired two days ago and due to the faulty practices at my RTO in panchkula (It was an off on the day my learner's license was supposed to get over and then I had already paid the Driver's test fee a few months ago but I was never able to book an appointment) I couldn't even book an appointment for the driving test even after paying my full fees that is rupees 900 or so. Now without any notification they have applied a new practice of having a driving school certification that is another form of corruption that one can pay rupees 800 and get a certificate in the back date showing that I trained for driving and then only I would get a timeslot for my test. This is sheer waste of time and money I have a heavy university course and have online classes all day long so I can even go there everyday as everytime I'm send back with an excuse.

                                    The RTO inspector rejected my LMV LLR saying that i have to get licence only through driving school not with my own vehicle . please confirm me that the individual is allowed to get the LMV licence with their own vehicle as the (https://parivahan.gov.in) allows .
