I got confirmation from RTO that my DL has been approved and able to view the same in DIGI locker. But till date i haven't received my SMART CARD DL . RTO has informed that it will reach me in 30 days from the date of approval.

Iam pass my driving test in[protected]
But not receive my smart card.
Please solve my problem🙏

    Sir,
    I Achintya Kumar has applied for the driving license in Lucknow RTO, Uttar Pradesh. Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the Sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the Dispatch of the DL and PSV badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from RTO side. Sir i am providing you the application number[protected]and do the needful.

      Application no [protected]

      I passed test on[protected]. The status on my application is updated on[protected] with result. Since then the status is approval on endorsement of dl is pending.

      Every time I contact Kalyan RTO, they just say it will be process no issue from my side but still no progress.

            Hello,

            I have been waiting for my driver's licence (Application number[protected].

            As per the website printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) completed on[protected] and the status is stuck on dispatch of the dl and psv badge ever since.

            Please do take action and dispatch the licence with immediate effect.

              Fees refund

              I've applied for address change in my driving license. But after that I came to know that there's no faceless facility so I want to cancel my application. But RTO said no any fees will be refund. If they deduct some of amount then it's but they denied whole fees refund....

                I completed all formalities including DL test passed on 21st FEB 2021
                DL NO. KA51 [protected] date of issue as per online status is 26th FEB 2021.

                      Self back log applied on 3 feb and rejected on 4 feb DUE TO WRONG CHASIS NUMBER ENTER and again applied on 6 feb and its being more than a month, havenot got my car details online..please look into matter as we have applied again..

                        I am a NRI and have come back to India. I have a Canadian and Dubai light vehicle driving license. I want to apply for an Indian driving license. I went to the RTO office in Sarai Kale Khan to get an Indian driving license. I know that as per the Motor Vehicle Act
                        Section 9 (3) (a) (iii), states that a person holding a foreign license can get an Indian driving license. However the people working in the RTO do not seem to know about this article in the Motor Vehicle Act, despite me informing them. They say that I need to apply for a learning license. I am a senior citizen and was just being pushed around from pillar to post. I am seeking your assistance in this matter, so that I can get the Indian driving license. Can you please guide me on this.

                                I am a Defence person n now posted at Darjeeling. As I m a resident of Odisha n my DL is from Odisha i have applied for renewal of my DL. Online procedure including payment has been cleared n again a date for personal visit has been fixed by RTO on 08/03/21. A hard copy of all documents also demanded by RTO, BBSR. I have gone through all process but inspire of that if I serch present position it only shows in scrutiny.near about two week passed but nothing resulted.what is the use of online portal if a person has to visit again n again to RTO For only the renewal.i couldn't know where is problem if a person has to visit each time with spending 250/ rupees then the old currupted system was not so bad it feels me as we Central govt employee don't have too much leave for this.
