I am Trying to Online retest exam fees Since Moring more than 50 times... But everytime Network Or Another Error issue.. Please I reqvest to Accept the Offline Fees and Approve us for Give Retest exam... Thank you

I sold my scooty pep+ on 27th June 2020. The buyer has still not transferred the ownership in their name. It's been 7 months now and I've been following up since. I do not want to be held responsible for any damage they do to the scooty.

This is Akhalaque Ahamad, I had applied my DL in 2019, all the actions has been done from my side but till date my DL not delivered to me, Whenever I am checking the status it is "DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE" I tried to connect with the people but no once is available to respond on the same. I am totally helpless in this kindly push them to deliver my DL & PSV BADGE on urgent basis. Because the UP traffic police is too corrupt they always search the ways to charge unnecessarily to decent people which I really don't like.

Dear sir,

I would like to inform that as per Morth circular regarding the extension of RC expiry.Government issued such notice quite long back in December 2020.

Also there is a faceless adhaar based facility but when we are trying for NOC it is showing Vechile fitness expired.

So kindly look into the matter and further extend the things till this error being rectified and we can issue the NOC

I, prabhakar kashyap, a central govt.employee. had applied for driving license for 2 wheeler with gear in kasba (Rubi) RTO
I had successfully done my learning test as well The final driving test.
The last driving test was successfully done on 18/01/2021. But i still couldn't get my driving license.. My last application no. Was [protected]..

Due to being busy in official schedule, i can't visit the office daily for this..
So plzz plzzz do consider my request and help me in this regard..

I appeared for the DL test on 26th Feb 2021 and the test result was recorded as passed on 27th feb 2021. But till date the DL approval status shows as pending. Kindly expedite the process as my LL expires on 18st april 2021.

I'm Trying to book a test slot for driving license test online since the last 3 weeks.. But every time I get a message showing slot isn't available and if it's available then it's getting booked within 2-5 seconds 8:00 AM in the morning, RTO Dhanbad should increase the slots capacity for a day and should make slots available for more than 1 day. Please kindly see the matter.
Dhanbad RTO please make online slots available for learning/driving license my application number is [protected] please make more slot available not for a day but for a week for the ease of people and it will also prevent rush on the portal. Please look into this matter.

My driving license renewal request long pending. It shows RECORD TEST RESULTS OF DRIVING TEST.

I got a message on (10.03.2021), Which was in reference to my new Yamaha Motor Bike "RC" According to this message my RC was dispatched on 03.03.2021 Vide Speed Post Tracking No. (ED[protected]IN) has been returned due to reason, Door Locked.
I have neither received my RC nor received any phone call or given any information.
And when I tracked the given Tracking No by Vahan Department then the message shows this Id not found.
So what should I do now, Please guide me

Today was I was fined more than the government defined penalty fees. I was fined for parking my car in a no parking area, and as per the govt. norms the Parking Offence-Parking Fine - No Parking Zone -Rs. 200/-

My car was locked with jammer and then I had to visit Samarth Police station at Quarter gate, Pune Maharashtra. They have charged me Rs. 2000/- and not updated it online but given me a physical challan - Paper challan in Pune.

Please look into it and rectify the unethical thing done by the cops.

I have applied DL address change request on 6th March 21. Paid the fee and also completed all the processing stages successfully.

But, always status was showing "Application is under processing at RTO Level" . Please let me know how many days will took to complete the process at RTO level. Is it required to visit the RTO Office?

Hi, Dear Ma'am/Sir
On the day of Learning license test (12 march 2021), Test inspector told me my documents are not uploaded properly. After this I re-uploaded all documents as per his guideline and all are showing on my end `Saved` but inspector told me all documents are showing `Pending` on his end and told me to pay fee and book slot again after 24 hours.
So this is unfair for applicant because we already paid 900 rupee fee and booked slot.

My car OR 15 H 8075 is 15 years old, hence I took my car to Bhubaneswar I RTO and requested for RC renewal and fitness certificate. I paid all the requested amount, it has been more than 2 months neither have received the documents nor it is showing in Vahan website online. I sent out an email and called the toll free number, but no response...

Kindly do the needful!
