Date of incident - 31 August 2020

As per notification from central transport ministry - all documents validity that expired during COVID was extended to December 2020.

In spite of this notification, THANE RTO levied 70, 000 rupees penalty for an NOC issued by Himachal pradesh, for re registration of car in state of Maharastra. Even though multiple requests were made since due to lockdown and fear of catching CORONA VIRUS, I did not move out of the house- The NOC was issued in Himachal pradesh on 29th Feb 2020 - and reached Mumbai through courier by 10th March.
The lockdown happened immediately after that, and since time was still left to get car re registered there was no urgency.
But Thane RTO, over riding the central Transport Ministry guidelines, still penalised 70, 000INR.

i want a refund of the money as per the Ministry of transport and highways and parivahan website. Since all documents had been extended and the RTO was shut for a period of 2 months.
In Thane and MUMBAI - a citizen could not move out of house for more than 2kms due to lockdown and we were not allowed since there were cases around the building. In spite of multiple reasons, the RTO focussed on earning money than to follow the law.

I appeared for & cleared LMV and MCWG driving test on 19th Jan 2021. I already have a 2 wheeler license for which i had applied for endorsement.

My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING'. (Application:[protected])

It's been over 2 weeks. The endorsement should have happened by now

According to the online tracking my DL was dispatched on 26th Jan 2021, with consignment number[protected]IN.
My Apl No[protected]

However I have not received it yet. I tried tracking the package (no:[protected] but it shows 'consignment details not found', in the India post portal. I am sure speed post doesn't take so many days to be delivered, from 25kms away.

I also enquired in the Post office, to which they informed that it is not yet dispatched.

The status of my application No [protected] is APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL since 28/12/2020.
I have visited RTO twice since then and each time I get a new deadline. The RTO official confirmed that nothing is pending from their end on this and I will receive the License in a weeks time. 2 weeks passed but neither received the license not any change in the status.
I am a senior citizen, its very difficult to revisit the RTO again and again in this Covid era. Thus requesting you to kindly help on priority.

Nic. So i kindling request you to update the details as fast as possible. Its much urgent. So I wish to please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention towards my request.

I applied for address change and father name change on my DL. I submitted all the documents including my DL on 21st Jan on RTO Bangalore office. After that there is no update on this. I can see the status as "Approval of endorsements on dl - pending"

I have come to RTO, Pollachi, Coimbatore District to get an signature from the RTO officer himself. The guy here is very bad, he checked my papers and asked me to wait for 3 days. He comes at 11:00 AM most of the times and asks me to come at last then he shuts his office at 3:00 PM and goes for lunch. I am very sad and irritated that this officers like this are still operating. Its not just me, 10-20 people waits for their work regularly. Please take action on this person.

We were asked to report at 9.30 and the office was closed till 9 45.
Also it's 10.10 and no officers are available. it's pandemic period and people are crowed waiting for their time slots. We expect to be on time at least during these time. Please take required action.

I am in receipt of your message on my mobile [protected] for issue of challan UP[protected] against my motorcycle UP32HP 5260, which is wrongly issued.

I have searched on website and found that the challan is issued against a scooty (picture attached) at Sitapur whereas my vehicle UP 32HP 5260 is a Hero motorcycle and also I have never gone to Sitapur in my life.

You are requested to take steps to cancel the challan issued against my motorcycle immediately and confirm.

I am Nilakantha sahoo i have the learner licence i want to book a driving licience but the processing of booking driving licience it is more harshment for me also others because every moring i go to cybercafe at 7am for slot booking with a hope of book my driving licence but every single day i failed to book a slot so kindly request to improve the site operation so that i thank full and others also

I bought a new two wheeler but its Registration details are not showing in mParivahan app.

The registration details are coming in the state transportation website. But it is not showing in mParivahan app.

I am K V Hareesh from andhra pradesh state.I have passed my driving license drive test on 12 oct 2020 at RTA chittoor .application number AP[protected]DL., Andhra pradesh . But even after 3 months i didnt receive my driving license .I am even not able to access my driving license through digi locker. So please take respective measures to solve my issue thank you sir.

I had given and passed DL test on 20th January, 2021. As per Sarathi parivahan site, the result was recorded on that particular day itself.
I have not yet received any message regarding approval of DL. Please look into the matter. Application number 48675721.

My permanent driving license has been approved on nearly two month back and i checked status online but still it shows it is under the process of rto and have not been printed in form no.7 (Smart card).

Please do take action and print the dl in form 7 and dispatch it with immediate effect. Attaching the website screenshot with this complaint.
Kindly look into this.

I roshan kumar sah, a permanent resident of west bengal kalabari 734003. I have applied for online two wheeler driving licence (Application no.[protected] through sarathi portal on 20.01.2020 and made payment of rs. 240/- but whenever i am going to book my slot it shows next 30 days slots are not available.

After talking to customer care executive of sarathi he told me to go to my local rto and on i met with the arto, siliguri and they told me me slot booking will be availble from 8 am to 9 am (Monday - friday) bt after trying from last 3 days still i m unable to book my slot. And I'm taking less than 10 second after 8 to process then also this same problem arose.

I have completed the driving license test on[protected] and till now on[protected] it is still showing PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) in Application Processing Stage my application number is [protected]

I appeared for four wheeler DL test on 16th Jan. Recording test results of driving test got completed in 2 days itself. But since then, I see that, under application processing stage, it says approval of DL is in progress. It's been like that for two weeks now. Printing of dl in smart card and dispatch of dl and psv badge are pending. I would like to know how much time does it take for the approval to be completed.

I applied for Adding LMV in my existing LL(PB48 /0001718/2020)which I applied 2 months ago and successfully passed the LL test. Now, In same LL I applied to add LMV.
So, there will be no LL test again. But still it's status is RECORDING LL TEST RESULTS Pending.

Same status from so long. No solution I am getting.

But still not received the driving licence.
I have check the status on parivan site but from 20 Dec it's showing status as pending for approval.
