मेरा नाम नित्यानन्द सिंह है।

ड्राइविंग लाइसेन्स नंबर -MH[protected] है जो कि म्हाडा अंधेरी वेस्ट आरटीओ से बना है।

सर मैं 10 मार्च 2020 को goa गया था वहा पर मेरे सेठ जी की लड़की का शादी था और वहां पर गाड़ी तेज थोड़ी तेज चलने की वजह से मेरा चालान हुआ था 300 रुपया जो कि मैं उसी समय भर दिया था उसके बाद में मुम्बई आ गया, कुछ महीना बाद 26 audust 2020 को मेरा लाइसेन्स expire हो गया जिसके बाद मई आरटीओ गया रिन्यूअल करने तो मुझे मालूम चला कि मेरा लाइसेन्स ब्लॉक है, जब मैंने वहां की सहायता अधिकारी श्री अजय पाटिल जी से बात किया तो वो बोला कि 10 दिन में हो जाएगा उसके बाद जब मैं 10 दिन बाद गया तो मेरे साथ बदतमीजी से ब्याबहार किया और मेरा सब पेपर श्री जयराम लोखंडे जी जो कि अनब्लॉक डिपार्टमेंट में से है उनके पास दे दिया वो मुझे एक महीने बाद आने को कहा, जब मै एक महीने बाद गया तो वो मेरा सब पेपर गुम कर दिया था जब मेरा कोई भी पेपर उनके पास नही मिला फिर वो मुझसे बोला को आपके पास उसका कॉपी है तो देदो मैं खोलने की कोशिश करूंगा लेकिन आज 9 महीना से ऊपर हो गया आजतक मेरा ड्राइविंग लाइसेन्स अनब्लॉक नही हुआ ।

अतः श्रीमान से आग्रह है कि इसमें मेरा लाइसेन्स का जांच किया जाय और अनब्लॉक करने में मेरा सहायता करें और मै अनब्लॉक डिपार्टमेंट काउंटर no 11 श्री जयराम लोखंडे जी का नंबर भेज रहा हु उनसे बात करें और मेरा सहायता करें।

Note: Had this license but it was before 2000, so during renew record not found, so was asked to take learning again.

Any help on further step is greatly appreciated.

My given date for ll test was today 6pm, by 12 pm i recieved a sms that my application was pending due to insufficient fee. I already payed my fees on October 30, 2020
and have the receipt. I enquired about it with the RTO Office Kottayam, Kerala. But the response was harsh and they were irresponsible. Later I came to know that from today onwards there is an increment in the fee and then I had to pay Rs 45 more. But still I was not able to attend the test.
I don't think it is fair for a person who paid the fees and applied for the test in the last year comes to know about the revised fees in the last minute.
So it should be informed to the applicants atleast one day before the test.

I'm from Karnataka, Belgaum. My driving licence smart print has been done. And next process of dispatching of driving licence is pending for a month. Please do take action and dispatch the Driving licence (DL) as soon as possible, as it is problematic travelling without licence.

My application for a MCWG and LMV driving license states that the application is under processing at RTO Level. It has been stuck there for almost 2 months now. Either I want a full refund for my application or I need my application to move further and get completed. In addition I was not allowed to choose any slots. Please look into the matter.

Respected Sir/Madam, Happy New Year 2021! My parivahan application No. Is AS[protected] it has been 27th days since showroom dealership had applied for Temporary Registration number for my new motorcycle in Guwahati RTO/DTO, Kamrup (M), Assam. I’ve never heard that TR No. approval/issue take this long. I wanted to register motorcycle in my District as I had applied for TR No. Day before Yesterday i.e., on 30th Dec-2020, I went to DTO office to enquire about my temporary Registration no. But when I met the officer-in-charge, he said that I shall sent the dealership person & he will only talk to them. He didn’t explain why he is not approving my temporary Registration no. after waiting for 27th days for TR No. and got this kind of reply from the Officer I’m feeling mentally harassed. I know nobody can solve my problems, i just wanted to let you know. thanks for giving opportunity/platform for sharing problems even you can't solve the problems/issue. 🙏Jai hind!

I've bought a car with registration number AP39ER9644 in June 2020. Even though it's almost 6 months and counting, I did not receive my C-BOOK. When I tried visiting the Unit Office here they told me that it will take time. How much time required to issue a C book for which I've paid registration charges. I immediately need an answer from the RTO.

I submitted an online application for LL for MCWG on 18 Dec 2020. My application number is [protected]. Corresponding RTO is MEHSANA. Even after 2 weeks, still the application is showing "Application is under processing at RTO level, applicant present is not required". I am attaching the screenshot herewith.

Faceless services driving licence not verify approval

I have given LMV DL test on 23rd November 2020, still i didnt recive my DL even after 35 days completion. I tried yo connect RTO Davanagere through phone but no one responding to my call. I didnt know whom to contact for this. Please take this complaint.

Hello sir, my name is Diksha, application id is [protected], i have applied for LL 15-20 days ago where i selected rto office alawalpur jalandhar, last time i taken apppoinment there, office was closed then again i take appointment on 29 dec, now the office is open but they are saying we have not received operatior id who will conduct LL exam, you have to wait again and came later, this place is 18 km far from my home, which is not possoble to go there again & again. We already visited there 2times. They neither transfer our application to another rto office saying not in their hand. So kindly please sir solve this issue, othereise transfer my application to another rto or return my fees so i can apply to another rto office. Thank you
