On 18.10.2020 self is applied for Driving Licence and Online Payment done form My HDFC A/c . Application No- [protected],
Name ;- Shubham Haresh Limbachiya . Payment done 2108.85 Rs. Transaction ID from Bank[protected], But At RTO Portal shows rejected with Ref no [protected],
Self registers complaint at [protected]@gov.in and at HDFC Customer care But till the time not received refund on above matter .
RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      While doing PUK check my vehicle number CG25D2195 is not showing in the RTO side. I have purchased it from bemetara, Chhattisgarh and now I have transferred to Kolkata. Its difficult to go bemetara for the purpose. My sincere request please do the needful on an urgent basis so that I can do the PUK to avoiding any kindly of penalties from the department.

            Sir my ll is going to expire on 31st december 2020 under RTO CHATRAPUR, odisha. I already paid the full fees for dl
            But everytime i try to book a slot for DL skill test there is a message that no slot is available.
            Please kindly help regarding this.

              I have applied for driving license in rto Amravati Maharashtra.
              My driving license test was on 03 Nov 2020 and i successfully passed it.
              But since then my application is under RTO auth.
              It had been more than 50 days and my application is still not approved.
              It's my request to speed up process.

                In Delhi M/s ROSMERTA have been given the job of providing HSR Plates and stickers online by Delhi Govt.

                This company is behaving in a highly irresponsible manner and harassing people.

                I made online payment of Rs 259/60 for a blue sticker on 17/12/2020 vide online order No STBMDL7F2187BFED8C.

                This company indicated that sticker would be affixed to my car at my home address on 21/12/2020. No one came on appointed date.

                Thereafter these guys don't pick their phone. I sent them four emails to their;
                Customer care cell
                Grievance cell
                Home grievance cell

                They did not respond. They don't even acknowledge.

                I request higher authorities to take requisite action against this company so as to stop harrassment of public.

                The company may please be instructed to execute my job for which they have got online payment.

                  It has been 14 Days And is Still Showing Application At RTO level pending:
                  Issue of Learner License :- Scrutiny1
                  Approval of LL by Licensing Authority:- Pending
                  Issuance Of Learner License :- Pending

                  Please Note My Complaints, My age is 21 and still have no Driving license, Please Verify my Leaner License as soon as possible .As a legal member of India, i have the authority to to have this rights.

                        rto registration issue - shows multiple rto during pollution check

                        Hi Team,

                        I have transferred my Maruti Suzuki Swift car from Bangaluru East RTO to Barrackpore ARTO in 2008 under the same owner as me (Mrinal Sarkar).
                        I also have received my registration copy from Barrackpore ARTO.

                        But my problem is that I am not able to get the pollution certificate because of the following error -
                        "Registration number more than 1 rto, please contact RTO office"

                          My learner licence was provided me on 2 jan 2020 and because of corona pandemic I was unable to give driving test. Shree motor agent (panvel) has taken the responsibility to complete all the process. Now it's more than 60 days and my licence is still on security under rto level process. The agent is not picking up my call and rto has said that the forms where missing for almost 55 days (the rto officer has not submitted the papers in rto) I don't know what's the issue is and why my driving licence is under the rto level for 66 days. Even the test result has not been uploaded on the web site of sarathi.

                            Maine DL ke liye apply kiya tha but mai fail ho gya tha test mai phir maine retest ke liye 300 rs ki payment ki lekin ab mujhe date bhi nhi mil paa rahi hai ..
                            Mai special quota book krvane ke liye RTO Janakpuri gya unhone bola ki Online hogi special quota booking but maine Sarathi pai baat kri to unhone bola ki Rto se hogi.
                            Or rto wale baat bhi nhi kr re they sarathi wale se.. or mere paise ab dhub gye hai..

                                      I feel in India it's more about how fast you can drive than how well you drive.
                                      Since In the driving test if you exceed the time you are rejected.
                                      This rule is no where near good, even the highly developed countries don't follow time policy.
                                      I want cautious driving to be given more meaning than fast driving, it's not a formula-1 race.
                                      I feel it's just a means of earning more money by them.
                                      We have to take a whole day off just to get the test done.
                                      Horrible staff, talk to you rudely as if they own this place.i would request you to look into the management as not everyone knows the exact location and the exact documents everytime.
