We are facing the problem because of the rto officer not visting at the time because of him all people are angry, more then 30 days work are still pending documents are not aproved and not because of the one main officer and the workers also are doing dadageri in the office

Sir rohini ito devision-ll can't understand online application process i have applyed for duplicate d. L and address change request from parivahan sewa website they provided rohini devision-ll appointment on[protected] when i go for verification of my documents ito refused to do my work because he says this pin code belong to wazirpur authority. Sir how is wrong pariwahan sewa website or ito i need my work complete or refund my money back....

I have given my driving test for lmv (Additional endorsement to dl) at rto kamrup metro (Guwahati - as01) on 21.09.2020.

Although document scrutiny has been completed on 24.09.2020 the status for driving test on parivahan portal is still showing as pending (As on 07.10.2020).

Kindly help.

My LL for LMV is issued on 20/06/2020. After a month and so I'm trying to book DL Slot but it's giving me error.

"as the specified application number is not for issuing driving license no need to go for DL TEST Slot booking"

Respected Sir,
I had attended the learning license test online on October 1st. After 25 questions, it showed website error. I could not complete the test. When I contacted the driving school authorities, I was told that nothing can be done and I will have to attempt the test again on the next available date. The next test is on November 26th. What can be done if the test shows the same error then. The procedure is getting delayed....

Hereby to inform you that I have bought a car from Maruti Suzuki nexa on 31st March 2019 but till date I have not received my RTO book. I have complaint several times in NEXA from where I bought the car and even visited RTO office twice. I was informed from the RTO office that my RTO book is dispatched but I I have not received it yet. Kindly do the needful for the same. Hoping for your positivity....

Recently, I had transferred my vehicle from ITANAGAR, ARUNACHAL PRADESH RTO to MAJULI, ASSAM RTO. My RC is also generated.

But during POLLUTION RENEWAL the system shows registered to multiple rtos, and later due to this problem I am also unable to renew my VEHICLE FITNESS. And now the pollution and fitness of my vehicle is expired.

I resquest you kindly to look into this matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE....
