Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied for MCWG learner license on dated, 06/07/2020. My application number is [protected]. I got my exam date on 11/11/2020 which I passed and portal reflecting this. But till date no license is uploaded in the portal and I don't know why it is taking that much time (already 20 days gone).
I need the license and it's almost 5 month gone since my application.
I will be grateful for your intervention.

I paid my application fees Rs. 1350 for learning and driving licence through google pay on 28 december, but it shown transaction failed. today unknowingly it is credited to your account. As I wanted to apply yesterday i paid fees through Phone pe Upi. and it is credited to your account. So fees credited twice.

Pease help me as soon as possible. I am sharing my details below.

Hello,

I bought my bike in December 2019. Registration no MH05EF4696, since last 1 year my bike RC has not been delivered. I have been to Kalyan RTO, they ask me to check with post office and post office team said that the RC has been sent back to Kalyan RTO.

I have attached the receipt no.

Please help me get my RC as most of the traffic police are not accepting mParivahan RC proof.

I have applied for DL at RTO Kamrup metro (Guwahati - AS01).

Although approval has been done on 24.09.2020, printing of DL in smart card is still pending even after 60 days

I have bought a used 2 wheeler few years ago with registration number : KA 01 EQ 8439 through a dealer in Bangalore. I got the RC changed to my nams. But, Now when I am checking in mparivahan app, It is saying that, Vehicle has multiple active records. Due to this, I won't be able to avail many online services.

Hence, Request your help in clearing the other active records against the vehicle....

Here so many problems going, they are not working public service, they work only agents papers only, agent given extra money for all papers I mean (challan) but public service no given challans thats why they don't work ublic papers, particularly one lady is working she's name was Muthumari she was a 1st name of extra challan so please take some action for them

On the 19th AUG, 2020, I was driving at the Indian Oil Junction in Andheri, due to metro construction ( with huge machinery, unable to clearly see the signal) and existing metro the roads are dug and status of road is really bad, driving with a kid in the car, I had to take care and with people randomly crossing over from versova- ghatkopar metro, i was forced to slow down for safety of the passengers and passerby, in due course the short signal for turning left became amber and by the time i could get out of the big potholes it was almost signal to be red, i was in a position where if i stopped i would be an obstruction to the traffic which was coming in hence i had to carry on, also looking at this the traffic commander there invited me to take the car forward and simply asked me to stall the car and asked for driving license, i produced and he simply without understanding the situation uploaded the number plate for signal jumping.
I think the bad situation, bad roads, chaos and jay walking is a reason where i was stuck while the signal was green and while i got out of the huge and numerous potholes after taking the left turn, seemed like jumping signal, the traffic commander was standing away and he could not see the difficulty and poor situation I was caught into.
Please consider the situation and waive of the challan

I complted my all formalities for driving license at rto/dto baikunthpur distt.korea(CG) on 4/11/2020 . today it is 28/11/20 but my DL has not been approved till now. please ask authorities to approval dl and deliver as soon as possible.

Online system is designed such that all fees are club rather than step-by-step.the system is for loot of money of people if history is check to whom license not provide and money not return.Applied for Learner licence app.no-[protected] of 4w LMV through sarthi all payments taken in online system.taken appointment two time but nither given Learner licence nor given money back.approch to RTO office Mr.rahul machhi sid we are helpless.online system is prepared such that whatever feed it takes there is no cross-check or tally program only interested for payment to earn by harassment.even for back log DL also made 7 application then approved from RTO .The system have lot off problem please resolve for all.

Mera name ajit kumar Patel hai.mai apna licence banwaya hun lekin abhi tak mera license mere pass tak nhi pahucha na hai. aur na hi uska kuch pta hai ki kab tak dispatch hoga ya bna nhi hai. esliye ap se mera
anurodh hai ki mera license mere tak pahuch aur uska status bnatne ki kripa kre. 12/11/2020 ye date light licence ki hai 15 din se upar ho rhe hai abhi tak kuch pta nhi hai .

On date 27/11/2020, i get date for test schedule for DL, when I reached RTO office then officer said me please verify your learning licence by department inspector. In RTO department 4 inspectors appointed but on 27/11/2020 no any inspector on his /her duty, because of this I waste my whole day in RTO office and I also absent from my work.

Money deducted from account and RTO is still showing in process. Visited RTO, Gota Nth time and received same response. Need refund asap. Its been more than 8 months now

I am at the RTO office, IP estate, New delhi for reissuance of my Learner's license . Following all the protocols of documentation required, there i have to verify the same documents to the original one to the RTO officer . I had enclosed an extra Medical form 1(A) for which i didn't it was not required . The officer said to me that "you have to submit a letterhead for the color blindness and medical for fittness from the doctor" . I said there is no mention of the same in the procedure for documentation of learner's license which he demanded. He said to me read the booklet of color blindness test, i said i can read the booklet but the same test is done by my opthalmologist for which he specificied clearly in the form 1(A) for medically fit for driving. He didn't even listen to this and said you have to submit a letterhead for "medical for color blindness" . I was frustrated it's by this because it is not necessary for learner's license. The next day i show up with the "medical letterhead document" he said it is not required now . Because the extra form that i enclosed at the start for medical form1(A) is not required even. Then i asked " why did he asked me to get the medical fitness letterhead then?"
He said i thought you fall under the color blind person . I asked what gave the idea for which i am color blink. He said in his defence that you are not capable of reading the booklet for color blindness and you enclosed a medical form 1(A). I said how am i incapable he asked then read the booklet to me " i read all correctly" . At last he played victim card saying" i don't have time for arguing all other applicants are waiting too and said me to leave .
To get a learner's license i have to go through the unnecessary trouble and harrasement for the "letterhead document" and the extra medical form 1(A) which i had enclosed . He could have asked me "THAT WHY YOU HAD ENCLOSED THE MEDICAL FORM 1(A) WHICH IS NOT NEDDED BUT HE DIDN'T".
This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior and true sense of harrasement bursted my patience for which i am filling the complaint

I have pass driving test 9th Sept 2020 but still my license not yet print & delivered from RTO Rajkot office.

When I inquire from the officer no appropriate answer was received.

What I should do next, Please suggest.

I gave permanent driving licence test . I successfully passed the exam and officer took my learning licence along with dl forms. But till now on sarthi. Nic it is showing pending test result though i have already passed the test. Please let me know the fault and update the result please.
