Hi,

I had applied for Duplicate driving licence.
All the processes from my side were completed. The application is showing ISSUE OF DUPLICATE DL SCRUTINY - (Document Verification) AIMV5
since a month.
This status is not getting updated.
Kindly help.

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This means you have to go to the RTO office and get your documents verified. Ask someone at RTO where the documents are verified. It is necessary to visit RTO, otherwise, this will always be the same as it is.

    Hello RTO Officer,

    I have not received Registration Smart Card (RC) in below Cases :

    1) For my two wheeler Honda Activa having Registration Number : GJ05-PB- 2515: Purchased in 27th April – 2017 but RC Not Received till now.

      I had applied for addition of MCWG category in my existing license in RTO Nagpur East office through online portal sarthi.com when I appeared for driving test on September 29, 2020 I was asked to make certain hand signals while driving in 8 shaped track which I did but was still declared failed by RTO official named Aditya Suresh Jadhav. I had no option but to reapply for the same by paying 300/- online but I feared failing again because last time I did everything right but was still declared failed so this time I hired a broker who took 700/- from me and when I reappeared for test on October 25, 2020 I was just asked to drive in 8 shaped track and there was no need for any hand signals now as it was through broker and had setting with the officer Aditya Suresh Jadhav so I was declared pass without any effort. I am an honest citizen and wanted to avail the facility provided by the government but was forced to pay additional money just to get my work done. Application number[protected].

        I have applied for renewal of DL but i see there is no change in my application status (SCRUTINY - (Document Verification))since last 3 weeks, seems to be still in first stage of document verification.

          Kindly update the fuel norms for my Hyundai Eon Dlite+ car bearing registration number "KA01ML7528" in your RTO Portal.

          I am unable to get pollution under control certificate (Pucc) from authorized testing center as it shows error message "please contact rto to update fuel norms" for my Hyundai Eon Dlite+ car bearing registration number "KA01ML7528" which is registered under bangalore central rto.

          I have called RTO several times but did not get any response from them.
          Kindly update the fuel norms in your RTO Portal so I will be able to get pucc done.

                I have purchased s cross on 31st March 2018 but till date I have not received the RTO card/book. I personally visited twice at RTO bavla where I was informed that my RTO card is dispatched from here. I have also searched in the post office but till date I don't know the status of my RTO card. I am facing many problems without my RTO card. It's a humble request to solve my query on the priority basis. Open for positivity from RTO India.

                  My application number is [protected].
                  On the payments page for driver's license, I entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of Rs.2300. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

                  Now every time I try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
                  "Application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

                  After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

                  Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                    With due respect I want to bring in to your notice regarding the captioned subject. In this context I want your good self to know that I am visiting the captioned office since January 2020 for the registration certificate of my two Wheeler which I have purchased in September 2019. In January I have received the slip from the dealer to which I obliged and got the number plates attached to my two wheeler. Since then I have been visiting ARTO office on regular basis but still I am getting different answers on my every visit. Kindly intervene in the said matter so that i can get my registration certificate.

                      Hi sir, my name is Babli sharma. i purchased a second hand car in 2018, from a car dealer in delhi. car's no is DL3CAY3412(Black Honda City). and as application was submitted by dealer, i don't have application no. my name is changed on car registration but i have not received the RC till now. i went to the RTO office in sarai kale khan, but they are asking for application receipt no. which i don't have. and post covid 19 situation it is very difficult to get in there as there are almost around 100s of people and they are not following social distancing also. so i request you to please send the RC and share me confirmation so that i can check with the post office of my area for it.
                      i will be very grateful to you.

                        I given the driving test on 29 September 2020 and passed both test lmv and mcwg and also it got approval after 2-3 days but from 8th october my dl is in printing stage and still not printed.I want to know when my dl will deliver to my address?

                              1. I have applied for a new Driving license learning at ARTO UK08 Haridwar online.

                              2. After having paid the requisite fee of Rs.220 I tried to book a slot for the Learning license test on https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/

                              3. The slot is vacant and visible but I'm not able to book a slot for me.
                              It seems that there is some kind of fiddling in UK08 Haridwar to benefit the brokers and the internal staff as well.

                              You are requested to look into the matter.

                                    I completed my driving license tests at RTO Jodhpur more than a month back. Since then the status of my application is stuck at approval stage. All the documents have been submitted earlier as required and the said RTO Office isn’t entertaining my concern when brought up. It’s been more than a month and the incapacity the same is making me face is disrupting my plans for the coming time.

                                    The status has not changed till date and the approval is still pending even though the RTO claimed the process to take only two weeks.

                                      DL stuck in scrutiny-document verification

                                      Hi, i gave the DL test for bike and 4 wheeler on 22nd September 2020, and I had passed both of them.
                                      This is with the Jammu RTO
                                      However its still stuck on Scrutiny Document verificiation stage (its been more than 30 days now ). I have been checking the status regularly, but doesnot change at all.
                                      Please help me if you know what steps can be taken this to expedite it asap
