I have done my LL fee and also DL fee and I have been pass DL process through driving test From 9 month ago 4/02/2020, but till time 19/11/2020I haven't recieved my DL .
Status till time is application is under processing at RTO level my scrutiny till time not completed. DTO LAKHISARAI BIHAR.I complained so many time to DTO office but nothing happened. If we try through genuinely this problems teaches us to go through broker .plzz help me sir if possible

Dear team,

I have received a message today that I have been charged an echallan for my bike
MH04 HK 9186

Wherein it is clearly visible on the image that the actual bike number is MH04 KH 5186

The echallan number is MUMCM[protected] and is of 200 rupees. Request you to please take it off my vehicle.

I have applied for Duplicate RC as on 15.06.2020 by submitting all the necessary documents and paying the requisite amount of fee. There was no communication regarding any information or discrepancy in the application till 17.08.2020 on my registered number[protected]. On 18.08.2020, I lost this number and visited RTO through an agent describing the same problem but have't got any kind of response till date. The only thing I got to hear is that my original file is missing in the department and they are not able to trace that file anywhere which is a very common excuse in RTO for demanding bribe. My application, DL200612X5899172 is pending with RTO, Rajouri Garden since 5 months and the RTO staff sitting there is just pathetic, helpless, rude, corrupt and just good for nothing. They want bribe for giving me which is rightfully mine and for which government fee has already been paid. Government is wasting our hard earned money in their salaries.

Dear Sir, I have applied for my correction of my Name and my Address which was mistakenly printed on my DL, at DTO, Nagaon, Assam on 02 Nov, 2020. The update on Online Portal shows it is still in printing since the last 10 days. Kindly look into the matter

My license test was scheduled at 9.30 am according to the form. However, the officers are not in till 11.30 am. I have to take leave from my office just for 15min work which the officers are taking full day.

Correction In RC from Omni Bus to Non Transport Vehicle.

My Vehicle - Scorpio (Whiteboard 7 Seater Vehicle) Fitness certificate has expired in July. So I went to Krishnarajpuram RTO office (Karnataka, Bangalore) for FC process

They told that my vehicle is registered as OmniBus in the RC book and that has to be corrected to Non-Transport Vehicle.

For this they asked...

I moved to Karantaka Bangalore on March 1st 2020.
on 24th March PM Modi announced nationwide Covid Lock down.
I Approached Electronic city RTO on May 7th once the Covid lockdown was partially lifted.
However to my surprise i was charged RS 2000 as penalty for not approaching RTO within the 30 days.
Please note the registration number earlier was ap28dj8706 and KA51mp9286 is the new number.

I was doing a transaction on 23 October for applying the registration fee
for dl and the amount debited but the website responded as no transfer.
the employee assured the amount will be refunded but after 25 days there is no sign of transfer.

I would like to file a complaint of pending status of RC transfer (death case) with Hypothetication termination. I have already gone to the respective RTO that was in jurisdiction for my car (RTO, Raja Garden, Delhi) on October 16, 2020. I have submitted all the required documents at the office for verification the same day after taking proper appointment.
The application status is still pending and my rc hasn't been dispatched yet.
My application number is - DL200712X0543857.
Kindly help in resolving this issue. I dont know how much time it is going to take in completion of the process.

I have applied for duplicate Driving license along with change in address. I had completed all the process by 06th Oct. 2020. At the biometric, the executive told me that your licence will be reached at your address within 15days. But still did not recieved my driving licence.

Sir we were across borivali station and we were searching for autorickshaw we got one and when we reached our destination malad east, dhanjiwadi we came out of auto and we were paying money to auto in meter the fair was only 88rs but he took hundred and refuse to give change and he ran away his number plate was 0080

I applied for Learner's Licence and my appointment was of today i.e November 17, 2020. When I went inside the office for the Learner's Licence test after Scrutiny of my Documents, and after Verification of my Biometrics, the officers ill treated me like anything. I went inside their office and they abused me, while their facial expressions were full of anger and disgust towards me. They said in hindi "yahan kyun agaya bhen****" while I politely said "it's my turn for the test". They then verified my documents and asked me very rudely to sit at the computer table to give my desk. The computer was not working, and it wasn't verifying my credentials, my application number and thus I asked them very politely that if they can help me logging in for my test. Then one of the officer who even seemed very senior replied very rudely while saying in hindi "jo karna hai khud kar saale aur nikal, main kuch nahi help nahi karunga". I was really sad on their behaviour and again politely requested for help as I wasn't able to login at all. Then they asked me to sit on another computer table, that too very rudely and angrily while saying "chal be udhar jaake baith bhenc***". I sadly sat on other table and logged in all by myself and even passed the test. They then very rudely asked me to stand and wait outside the office till my license is ready while saying "nikal ab bohot hogaya tera chu****" I waited outside of the office, and the license came to after waiting for so long.
I am an adult living in Paschim Vihar, reputed colony of New Delhi, I am a University Student, an Entrepreneur and my father is a lawyer. I am a respected citizen of this country and thus I am not at all happy with the behaviour of the officers at the RTO of Rajouri Garden, thus complaining. I would expect that a strict action is taken against those people as they possibly behave in this manner with almost everyone they meet and they are making the name of Government fall more and more day by day. Such people don't deserve to in such a reputed job of "Officers of RTO"

I have applied Driving License in Kormangla RTO BDA complex on 3rd November. My file was signed and my photo signature was taken on 4th of November. I have received International Driving license on 6th of november and my driving license Printing and Smart card activated on 6th of November. Still ROT kormangla guys are not dispatching my License. I do not know why they are unnecessarily delaying my license. I have received my IDP but they are not sending my Driving License.

I had applied for "change of name in DL" at ARTO chandauli (UP67) on 02/11/2020. I had my biometric and all updated on the same date. After that I was told that your DL should reach your permanent address. After two weeks when I checked my application status, it says 'approval of endorsement on DL'. Since I have not applied for additional endorsement, I don't understand why my application is stuck on endorsement step for 14 days. I had previous licence, just applied for name correction and it takes eternity to make a simple spelling correction.

I am not able to download my learning license
It has been more than a month of my online exam and i was passed but not getting my learning licence download

Dear sir, On 11/11/2020 vehicle number TN58AY7169, hit our residential car shed and made damage. We are residing in No:36 sowbakiyanagar, main road, kayarambedu, guduvanchery-603202.
We contacted the vehicle owner several time for getting the compensation and there is no proper response from them. We also noted that the vehicle fitness expired through the VAHANA website.
Kindly requesting you sir to take action and do the need full.

I along with family hired a tempo traveller for Naina Devi darshan bearing no.DL1VC0950 on 1st of November and paid Rs2430/-(Rs 500 for Haryana +Rs 1020 for Himachal and Rs 910/- for Punjab) at RTO tax collection centre at Aashirwad dhaba near Ambala on NH44.While coming from Himachal our vehicles checked and he challaned for Rs 2000/- as he told that these are bogus receipts..While coming back we reached that dhaba and asked for refund .One enforcement vehicle with officer were standing there .We complained to them and they told that amount will be refunded within two days but nothing has happened.I am enclosing receipts for enquiries please as lot of people are involved in this business
