On the payments page of retest exam for driver's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.300. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.
But the money has been deducted from my account and the payment status still show pending payment
Now every time i try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"
After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.
Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. My learners license validity will expire in a couple of weeks.
RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
RTO will not reply. They will respond to only agents. I[censored] go directly means response will not be there.
